Vinoth vetri project

Review on Vinoth Royal Enclave, Manimangalam, Chennai

I would not recommend this construction when it comes to the quality of construction wherein we from the colony/society have been discussing about varied issues.(right from the water seepage due to rains and on the lower floors under the bathroom). The finishing is such that it can be even noticeable by an amateur. I would not recommend Vinoth constructions for a high budget project. The marketing staff himself was clueless on various issues bought to his notice at the time of ongoing construction phase.
