I would like to share my experience. I bought 2 bedroom flat near Thirupourur(550sq) in January 2022. In which sales team told me to pay the full amount to do the registration so I took jewel loan and paid. They showed me the model house A124 and told me that for the interior it cost 1 lakh 50 thousand. Me and my father(78 years old) visited the site in December 2021 and by looking at the model house only we booked the flat.

As I don't have any other person to go and check the site, I had told them to complete the flat with the interior as shown same as the model house and I will pay the amount when the interior starts and I found that during registration it is written that handover date is mentioned as March 2023, immediately I had contacted the sales team and they told me that we will handover your flat within 6 months and this date is for whole building.

I had received a general mail after few months that amount should be paid within the time otherwise 12% interest should be paid, As I had paid the full amount for me it shows zero balance. I had paid the full amount in January 2022 and nearly 12 months over I am paying interest for my jewels and paying rent. This is not Fair. But till now nothing happened, I didn't even receive my documents after registration.

My communication is only through WhatsApp and phone call. Beginning they were attending my call but after few months they were not attending my call and no response, very rarely they attend my call. They use to change the in-charger every time. It is very difficult to communicate with them. I had asked them to send the photos of my flat as I can't visit my flat, Ms. Uma who has in charge sent me few photos in which kitchen slab was fixed and much more work done.

I went to visit the flat without informing. I was shocked to see my flat without any work done as kitchen is empty without the slab. I was trying to show the photos to the new in charger, but Ms. Uma had deleted all the photos in WhatsApp, but I had sent only few photos to my husband on the same day I received from Ms. Uma.

I have shown the photos to the new in charger and explained everything, but when I returned to Dubai, no response from them. Now they were asking for 6 lakhs 25 thousand for the interior to complete the house same as the model house. To sell the house they can go to any extreme. 1 lakh 50 thousand to 6 lakh 25 thousand for 550sq. I could have asked them to write and sign so I could have asked them now. What they had done to sell the house is UNFAIR. I bought this house without discussing with my husband. I made a big mistake here. Each and every day fight with my husband as he is not ready to take any responsibilities.

Really I am not happy to buy this house, Now I am thinking why I bought this house with sleepless nights. It is around 2:40 AM here. I don't know how I am going to solve this. Only God can help me to come out from this problem.

Vijaya Raja sales team speaks very nicely, but they deliver is substandard construction quality and after sale service. Very worst builder.

Hi I visited the flat in Jan 2020, I was very much impressed they treated very awesome and this project will located in center point . So we can travel wither Thiruporur or hengal pattu in 20 min of Travel. In future this place will get famous. Also the customer handling also very nice. "Yesterday Successfully I register my Flat", Thanks for all the Vijay Rajas Team, Expecting will have another project with this cost little inside the Chennai.

After looking for a flat for months we booked our 2nd apartment in Exurb Thiruporur in Nov 2021. They're taking time to handover the keys. But, recently I visited to the site as we received an email about completion and handover update about the project. I would say it is worth investing inventing as its location where we can see rapid development in upcoming year.

Actually guess what I am going to step into my first home in couple of months.yes, the wait is over. My dream of own house in my name is happening, yes there was delay but we should accept everything because of COVID, Not only vijay raja every developers faced this. My friend who booked from casa also on the wait for possession( booked 2019)

When I visited 2 months back it was nearing completion, see the image I took from there. Now I got official confirmation handover happening soon. Thanks vijay raja for the first home.

Visited the Exurb apartment location at Thiruporur. I would I say it was a well spent evening having a look at the location and discussing with the executives there regarding the project. I booked the property and paid only 50k based on an ongoing offer. This is a property best for affordable pricing.

Last week me and my family visited Vijay Raja EXURB project at Thiruporur.Their sales team explained about the project very well and we booked a 1BHK apartment with offer price. Overall good experience.
