Honest review- I am flat owner

“BE AWARE” !!!! if you are courageous enough to face constant electricity , water and other issues please invest here. Based on my experience even after more than 1 year of OC this site doesn't have basic facilities like 247 electricity, TMC water supply to all flats , gas pipeline connection , lot of false commitments from management just now we are facing leakage issues inside flats , parking and other areas and its a new construction just 2nd rainy season after OC.I am completely disappointed with builder approach towards problem.

Some people posting five star review on google those who are reading my honest review better understand who is misguiding buyers .
