“BE AWARE” !!!! if you are courageous enough to face constant electricity , water and other issues please invest here. Based on my experience even after more than 1 year of OC this site doesn't have basic facilities like 247 electricity, TMC water supply to all flats , gas pipeline connection , lot of false commitments from management just now we are facing leakage issues inside flats , parking and other areas and its a new construction just 2nd rainy season after OC.I am completely disappointed with builder approach towards problem.

Some people posting five star review on google those who are reading my honest review better understand who is misguiding buyers .

Poor quality, badly Maintained by Suraksha Reality

Even After one year of OC, we have electricity, water issues, Suraksha builder is charging very high maintenance, service provided by builder is very poor. We are still waiting for gas pipeline, after one year of possession. There are leakages which are not fixed by builder. Staff of builder is very Rude and not cooperative. Builder don't care.. please think before buying any projects of Suraksh builder.
Hard to crash on government rules

Mint of the government policies have made it very difficult for the people especially those living in the slums to survive in even the cheapest of the rental and lease worthy apartments in Mumbai. This needs to change so as to enable and empower many of the poor to settle in houses.

Projects are hyped & overpriced

The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!
Improper utilization of input tax credit
