Review on Vijay Estate, Neral, Raigad

In Neral many estates are under construction and I am one of the those people who is seeking for a flat in this area but till now there is no progress.

I contacted Vijay estate for 2 bhk . As they demand 19 lakhs for a flat in Neral . It is nearby Neral railway station . It is a colony type building . But problem is that when I visit there for Pradhan mantri aavas yojna scheme they could not reply me correctly . It was mention on their site.

Customer service is irrelevent. They give me half information to attract and to attain booking. Be active while conversation.

I have just one problem with staff why they are not explaining people about Pradhan mantri aavas yojna scheme . Be Noted.

As they claim possession will be done by june , 2019 but as the work I have observe I dont think it will complete untill 2020.
