I would like to share my experience with Vertex homes. Their delivery of recent project is delayed by 3 months. The worst project ever. please do not buy. they do not have any professionalism to talk or keep up to any commitments. Nobody to address the concerns or even receive calls. We are feeling cheated after paying so much money and taking all the action within time from our end. Please be aware customers!??????

My mind cannot grasp over the idea that they want us to book the property without seeing any documents.Do they think we are illiterate, naïve people who have no idea about the amount of cheating that happens in property matters?
Need to change policies for slum land development

The concept of affordable housing also needs to take into account the mass of land that is reserved for slums. This step should be taken into consideration so as to aid many of the slum developers to live in better spatial places.

The building is not even 1 percent like the plan that they showed us and this made us very angry and frustrated because we did not pay so much money for this.

Since the very recent times, the real estate market has been facing a lull of interest from the builders to take into account the construction of new apartments. The developers are already saturated with the pipeline of new projects in terms of been able to build new.

Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.
Cannot execute under privileged housing plans

The stringent laws and regulations concerning the official permit by the government in many real estate projects with respect to allowance of building up affordable housing for the under privileged that have incorporated in the slums and are are under constant threats to demolition cannot be brought into action.
They don't compensate for delays in project

I would like to share my experience with Vertex homes. Their delivery of recent project is delayed by 3 months, and all along they kept saying delays would be compensated as per agreement.

But their finance denied us of giving any compensation for the delay.

Their JMD also doesn't respond to queries or concerns of their customer.

Despite me making all payments on time as per the agreement in a timely fashion, I expected the same fa our to be returned. Unfortunately it was not.

I would like to awaken people, to be aware when dealing with sales or CRM of Vertex as they follow the terms of agreement as per their convenience.
