I booked one 1 BHK Flat at Graeen Tech City Smart Home in Block6 in the year 2013. They were supposed to hand over it in the year 2016 as per my sale agreement. Till now they have not delivered it. Initially it was advertised for G+5 building as per the brochure, later after my booking and allotment of the flat, when I was expecting for the delivery after three yrs, they changed the plan to G+8 building and got the subsequent approval, though I have not given consent for that. As per the latest information, the work is stopped after roof casting of 5th Floor. I am a senior citizen and paid upto 60% of the total money as per the agreement. During enquiry, every time the company is giving false assurance and extending the date of hand over. The company has robbed my mental peace. My sincere advice to all is that please study the current status of their running project before investing your hard earned money.

I had purchased a smart homes in block J 3 and I have paid the amount in 2014 but till date I have not got the possession and no one responds the call specially Mr. Arnab Dhar does not respond anytime. a big cheater company who does not refund the money and does not respond any calls

Everyone does not get equal freedom to use the amenities and facilities in this building. One person has the keys to the terrace and the table tennis court room and he hardly lets anyone else use it.

The possession was delayed to such an extent and then they also made us sign an agreement that we did not fully agree to and we are bearing the burnt of it now.

When such renowned builders use such cheap quality materials to construct, then whom can you trust to build your house properly?

They has been a delay in possession and this has caused us our mental peace and happiness and they have the audacity to make unfair demands at the time of possession after this.

They created a lot of hype over the project and charged us extra because of the buzz that they created, but the project is not at all worth it.

They’ve are Fraud .. pls do not get into their projects .. I have lakshmi pending with them when asked for a cancellation of a flat in kolshree. They are not bothered their Post dated cheques bounce .. I have also sent legal notice ..there are 100’s of customers who are suffering.

Vedic green tech city, New town Kolkata is one of the Beautiful places in West Bengal as well as in India.This place including of Park and more important things. This place was founded by West Bengal Government of India. In West Bengal city of Kolkata under this new town, City was named by the concerning authority.T his place is safe as we Are careful than other places. There is a garden for men and women boys and girls.Good place have fun
