Review on VBHC Hillview, Vasind, Thane

Do not buy here, take my word for it you will regret it. As an NRI investor, I bought a flat at VBHC Hillview Vasind 6-7 yrs back, when the so called OC was received by this builder. Since then and till date, there is no proper road to the complex, no dedicated water supply line. VBHC are unable to resolve this due to politics and other issues with Grampanchayat, which only God knows what the truth is! Everyone there will tell you a different story, but nothing ever moves forward. There are communal issues within society relating to festivities, also vote bank politics. There is also a lot of politics within society over who is going to manage the society. At this time, rental for a 2bhk is only rs4500 per month at the current time, so 1bhk will be even less! Builder sales team advised 7 yrs ago that everyone will get rs 7k plus per month! Its not Hillview, its Hellview, you will only get lie after lie and false promises here. Many non residents are desperate to sell, but cant get buyers, due to all these issues. Flat prices have depreciated! I have only managed to sell recently after accepting a loss. But the future is so bleak here, I am glad I got out with most of my money. You buy here, you will regret it!
