One of the worst builder you can ever encounter. Please don't book flats in his any of the project. He operates under different names - Shri Varhdman, Vardhaman Developers, VARDHMAN PROPERTISE and many more.


The builder himself is very arrogant and his staff is also same. They will talk good till you book the flat. After that, they will start delaying your flat possession, ignoring about your complaints, false promises, etc.
