Apartment without association & bank account

Review on Vandana Earls Court, VGP Layout, Bangalore

Recently I visited this apartment to enquire for a 2bhk flat for rent. I met the security staff to ask if there are flats available for rent. While I was talking to them I came to know that the apartment does not have an association and bank account and cash is collected for day to day maintenance.

Generally, any apartment will have an association with bank account for maintenance but this is the first time I saw an apartment which does not have an association and bank account and amount is collected in cash. The security also informed that there are lots of legal issues in the apartment with several ongoing court cases.

I thought I should share this information with others so they don't regret later after knowing the reality.
