Rent at Vandana Earls Court at your own Peril!!!!

Review on Vandana Earls Court, VGP Layout, Bangalore

I have been staying in Vandana Earls court apartment as a tenant for 3 years and I have to say it has been the most disappointing experience for me in all these years. The owner projected the community in a manner which was so convincing at the start but once you start living there, one realizes the falsity of the claims.

First of all the maintenance is getting higher and higher every year and currently it much too high for an apartment of around 120 flats and the quality of maintenance is abysmally poor!

There are heaps of garbage accumulated at the entrance of the apartment which is such a sickening sight for anyone entering and leaving the apartment. The swimming pool is constantly under repair and it looks like blue green algae most of the time.

The apartment is dependent on water tankers and the quality of water has been very poor! Often there is water shortage due to some reason or the other which has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.

The lifts are constantly malfunctioning due to some earthing problem which causes a lot of inconvenience especially to elderly people.

Also, I constantly observe constant clashes among owners for some or the issue concerning their flats either in Whats App or face to face. There has been many occasions where police has been called to the apartment and this is very sad sight to see!

Even when leaving the owner constantly harassed me by refusing the refund the full deposit and I was forced to leave as I did not want to constantly fight and lose my peace of mind.

Due to the above reasons, I would not recommend to anyone about renting at Vandana Earls court!
