NO LEGAL HANDOVER!! NO OC!!

Review on Vandana Earls Court, VGP Layout, Bangalore

The builder has not done any legal handover for this apartment till date. The land EC is still in the name of the landowners and not transferred either in the name of the owners or association of owners. The building does not have Occupancy Certificate. The earlier association of builder & his agents was declared illegal for maintenance collection and cancelled by the High court almost 2 years ago. Since then there is no association and day to day affairs being mismanaged by a bunch of builder agents colluding with vendors. All buyers & tenants should refrain from buying or renting in the apartment. None of the scheduled nationalized banks are approving home loans for purchasing flats in this illegal apartment.
