Review on Vandana Earls Court, VGP Layout, Bangalore

I rented a flat on the top floor of this apartment in the C block last year but realized the mistake once I shifted here with family and started living in the apartment. There is constant flooding and water-logging in the apartment and the entire basement and parking gets submerged in water during rains. The building is constructed in a low lying area in a steep slope with no drainage system to clear the excess water. My car got damaged many times with water entering inside the engine. Many other residents also faced this issue frequently in the building. Apart from water logging there is continuous seepage during rainy season with water leaking from the terrace into the ceilings and walls inside the flats. I found the building not maintained properly and many tenants vacating their flats frequently because of these reasons.
