Urbanrise Real Estate Company: A Cautionary Tale

Dear fellow homebuyers and residents,

I feel compelled to share my genuine experience with Urbanrise, a real estate company that has left me deeply disappointed.

1. False Promises: Urbanrise lured us in with grand promises: a sprawling park spanning 3.5 acres, a state-of-the-art clubhouse, and a host of amenities. But what did we get? Broken promises and dashed hopes. ??

2. Incomplete Clubhouse: The clubhouse, touted as the heart of our community, remains incomplete. It's like buying a car without wheels – utterly useless!

3. Modified Brochure Plans: Urbanrise's glossy brochures showcased a utopian vision. However, the reality is far from it. They've slyly modified plans, leaving us with a watered-down version of what was promised.

4. Parking Nightmare: Congested car parking – need I say more? It's like fitting an elephant into a matchbox.

5. Smart Meter Scam: Urbanrise installed "smart" meters for power, water, and gas. But these meters seem to have a PhD in deception. Bills skyrocketed, and we're left wondering if they're truly "smart" or just plain fraudulent.

6. Management Meltdown: The management's responsiveness? Non-existent. It's like shouting into a black hole – no acknowledgement, no action.

7. Phase 2 Deja Vu: And now, brace yourselves – Urbanrise is selling another project with the same false promises! Didn't they learn from Phase 1. Apparently not.

My Sincere Advice: Steer clear of Urbanrise. Save yourself the heartache, frustration, and broken dreams. Explore other builders who value integrity and deliver on their commitments.

Urbanrise - Ameenpur, Hyderabad

1. 
   They'll contact you hundreds of times before you are trapped in their fake promises.
   



2. 
   They never allow customers to visit their own flat to see or inspect the quality of development they are doing
   



3. 
   CRM team is very irresponsible and never responds mostly when called for any query on property booked or payments.
   



4. 
   Customers mostly get random mails from the company about penalty payments. Crm always give excuse saying their system has fault. Their fault is never corrected even after 1000's of customer complains
   



5. 
   Urbanrise tries to force customers to do registration and sale deed agreement without even completion of the development of promised items.
   



6. 
   During agreement signing they promise lot of things but when CRM forces for agreement, many of the amenities will not be developed.
   



7. 
   They promise customers for tandem car parking but later they refuse it.
   



8. 
   The materials mostly they show at the model flat is never used in actual flats, materials used are very cheap quality.
   



9. 
   They are never friendly with customer requests
   



10. 
    Customers are forced to see a model flat again and asked to go for registration.
    

Please think hundred times before you trust and invest in such builders.
