Iam giving this review only based on my experience in my flat which I stayed as a tenant on last year in Trinity Garden OMR apartment. totally there are 136 flats gated community.
The builder Urban Tree has very good marketing because all the 136 flats were cheated.sorry solded to the owners.
Actually EB meter panel for all the blocks has been laided under the stairs of each block. That time it self we asked about this issue, But he said I have got approval from Tamil nadu EB office. He said this drawing was approved my some officers at time of 2012. But Now when heavy rains comes, water is coming easily through walls & going to EB panels.
We are getting crackers sound. we will switch off the entire power supply. Then after rain stops we will evacuate water with a powerful motor from all the blocks.
But now EB fellows who are coming for taking reading is shouting to us & to our association team.
when we ask this issue to our builder he is saying that area EB folks only gave approval. So we did it.
Now it seems the EB fellows has been changed. so they are objecting us to lift the panel.
When we asked the estimation to raise the EB panel to above, quotation amount is coming in lakhs.
Hence we are all suffering a lot by investing money & facing many problems like this.
We don't know when this will ends.
My humble request, Please don't buy a flat in a gated community.
If still you are opting out, Please check the diagram & real building is of same structure.
