Builder is not providing any amenities which was promised to flat owners. Like Gym equipment pending from 5 years it's with builder but there is no transport available to bring it to apartment as per latest update. Sweeming pool was promised but never constructed. Lot of seepage on top floor. In simple terms don't buy.
