VICE PRESIDENT MR FRANCIS is such a cheeky, bossy and ill-mannered personality. And so his workers! Uffffff!
If the Management is well mannered, that results in a well mannered employees and service. And that ultimately results in a happy customer. But here it is.?
This happened in February, 2023. I came across a land that they have at Shoolagiri(forgot the project name). From the beginning I was unhappy with the service they provided. Initially one of the executive who was at the site, Mr Munivelu informed the site price is 1000 per sq.ft and there is an offer happening and you will get the site for 800 per sq.ft and also, as a new year offer they will give you 20 grams of gold or an electric scooter or if you dont need any gifts, the amount will be de dedcuted from the overall site cost. We agreed and moved forward considering the way they attracted customers.
Later another customer executive, Mr Santhosh took over the case and informed us there is no such offers and the now the site price per sq.ft is not 1000 but 1200 and it is not negotiable. We informed him that this is not what we were informed and he was not even ready to accept their mistake and acknowledge. Later we moved to the office which is near to Hosur Toll Plaza to meet the managers and discuss how to go about it! My parent's, brother and his kids were at office, and waited for the Manager. Santhosh informed us the Manager has gone for lunch and will be back in 5 minutes. We waited for good 50 minutes at the office without we having food.(Remember there were kids with us!). WE waited for 50 minutes and once we realised they aren't valuing customers time and have no responsibility towards a customers investment on the so called UPKAR DEVELOPERS, we walked out.
Few days later we went again and we spoke to the great and so called Vice President of UPKAR, MR FRANCIS, and I must say, I haven't seen such a brilliant actor. Initially he apologized for making us wait and scolded his employees infornt of us. He made us feel he is one of the kind of person who had good leadership qualities, but later is where we realised that it was all his business tactics. Santhosh used to keep changing his words each now and then, with different site rates and extra charges etc, which wasn't informed to us in prior.
During a call with Vice President Francis from UPKAR, we had a very bad customer experience from the Vice President itself. He was soo disrespecting to elders and started shouting for no reasons saying if you are interested buy the property or else leave. He was soo arrogant and wasn't ready to listen to a customers feedback or concerns. Such a head-weighted persons, and his attitude was like, he is in that position and doesn't care about anything and anyone! That was rude. As UPKAR is not the only developers, and since we had our own self respect we didn't wanted to continue the talk with Francis and go on with his ego trip! He kept saying he is not responsible to answer any of the customers concern and he kept saying he is not a slave and not working under me to answer my questions(remember he is not ready to answer to a customer's concerns). Then why is he there in that position? His executives are not trained on required information's and doesn't give proper information to the customers. To whom else is he answerable? To whom else should a customer highlight an issue?
