I bought a 2 BHK unit in Tower A4 since the start of 2012, believing that Unitech being a big real estate company shall deliver a good product within the time promised.

But unfortunately it turned out to be just another crook in the real estate market. Another addition to the numerous fly by night real estate developers who have cheated and duped investors of their hard earned money through false promises. More than 30 months have elasped and it seems the project work has started a month back only.

It is quite appalling to see the fall in service standards and the overall approach to flat construction by the company. Going by the current stage of construction, it seems unihomes 3 is not going to see completion even in next 5 years. Company leaves no stone unturned in penalising the home buyers for delayed payment and is paying(if ever they pay) peanuts for their delays. On top of it, the response of the company officials is pathetic.

The end customers like us have to bear the high interest cost of home loan, with no certain timeline for the completion of the project work. In quantifiable terms, we pay high interest cost, high rentals, no income tax deduction as flat is not in possession and no returns on the money invested.

Most of such real estate developers have been found guilty time and again of siphoning of funds meant for construction of a particular project to other illegitimate uses which lead to delays in the project. Ideally the funds collected from customers are sufficient to complete the project work, if the intention of the developer is clean, which doesn't seem so in this case.

These companies are busy hoarding large tracts of land from the money paid by middle class people for their vested interests. The recent cases of CCI and courts coming down heavily on the so called " real estate biggies" is a step in the right direction and should be continued to teach them a hard lesson that they can't take investors for a ride anymore under the garb of lax Indian legal system.

All Unitech flat buyers should unite and fight to force the authorities to take strictest possible action against Unitech and its promoters, so the hard earned money of hundreds of middle class people can be protected.

I booked flat in 2009 at Unitech Unihome phase 1 Noida. I am expecting to get possession in 2012. Now we reaching 2015 and there are no hopes in possession.

Unitech had already taken 95% payment long back(Approx. two years before in Construction Link Plan).  They had almost stop finishing works. If we delay payment then they charge 18% quarterly on amount. If builder delay then they will give Rs. 5/sq ft and this amount will be adjusted at the time of possession.

Absolutely  unfair with the byers. Same situation in almost all projects belongs to Unitech. We are trapped. If any one of you planning to purchase flat/plot etc then don't go with Unitech. Company having no moral and not replying our query also.

Please donot invest in Unitech residential property!

Had booked a flat in Unihomes 3, Noida in March 2012 with a promised possession within 36 months. I always had an impression that Unitech is a reputed and trusted builder.

Now, it's been almost 30 months but Unitech has not completed the ground floor construction of the building B3. With the present pace of construction, dont see possession to happen before 2016-17.

Have a home loan running on which I have been paying monthly EMIs also have invested almost 10 lakhs which was my lifetime savings for paying demand against the flat. I'm loosing both on EMI as well as interest on the savings that I could have earned by investing my money.Also, resale rates are almost the same at which I had booked the flat in March 2012.

Now if you call up Unitech office, nobody has answer to reason for delay and if you visit to their office, guards donot allow to meet the people from senior management of Unitech.Not sure, if I'll ever get the possession of the flat.I have booked a flat in Tower B3.Project Name: Unihomes 3, Sector 113, Noida

Lots of home seekers, investors invested in unihomes 3 trusting brand lyk Unitech but with wrong intentions of Unitech, trust of all home buyers has been betrayed.

I hv booked a flat undersubvemtion scheme, cleverly drafted by Unitech as builder got 100% payment even before starting of project, now after 30 months no sign of completion in next 5 yrs or more.

This will lead me to pay high EMI to icici, very sad to say, it was very bad deciesion of mine to buy a flat in unihomes 3, Mr Chandra pls wake up and do not put our hard earned money in other projects but start building unihomes 3 and deliver to us ASAP .

Have also booked a 3 bhk in a4, Unihomes 3, in june 2012 with the commitment of possession within 36 month from the date of agreement.

After 2 years,  only 3rd floor have completed and after that construction has stopped. When I asked them to state the reason why work is not going on, got the reply that some financial issues are going on with the contractor.

I just want to know that when I am making my payment on time and as per commitemnt, then why should I suffer from finance problem of unitech.  Unitech is cheating and diverting our hard earned money.

I am also paying huge rent and interest on loan taken to get my dearm home and now facing finacial problemomes but somehow m able to manage. Will unitech take care of my finance problem! No. Then why should I suffer from their finance problem.I need my flat or money

I thought I bought an apartment from Unitech but I was wrong. I was sold a nightmare. This is a biggest mistake of my life that I trusted a well known brand in real estate in India.

These people are supposed to be the role model for the rest of the real sector players. Instead, they have become cheater & defaulter and willfully delaying projects after taking 95% of payments from buyers. I request to Govt. of India to save its citizen from this company. We(i.e. thousands of current buyers) are stuck with them now and there is no exit route for us.

They are neither giving possession on time nor refunding money for not giving possession on time to us. In my case, I booked an apartment in Unitech Residences, Noida where no construction is going on right now. The initial launch of this project includes 8 towers of 14 floors.

Only foundation work has been done for my tower till date and the possession is supposed to handed over to me in July 2015. In no circumstances, Unitech will be able to complete this project on time. It might take another 4 years. The worst thing is that I have paid 95% payment under subvention plan in 2012 and my EMI started from Feb 2014. This is imposing real financial burden on me.

I requested them to refund my money as they won't be able to offer possession on time and delay might extend for another 4 years plus but they have refused to do so. I am really depressed and It has become nightmare for me. I am having sleepless nights. God must punish them.Suggestion for new buyers, don't even think of investing with Unitech.

I have booked flat with Unitech's unihome3 with big hope but hope is always hope. My flat is in TOWER C3 UNIHOMES 3 . As per there progress I dont think I will avail this flat but " I hope my son will get it " because hope  always works.

I dont know why Unitech like builder cheated people, heard that  Unitech is second largest builder after DLF so I booked flat but it is a GONE CASE.  seems he is largest cheater and selling DREAMs.  There should a law who fixed the acountability of all these builder because as per Money power and Man power they knows not a single innocent buyer can touch them.

I bought a 2bhk flat in Unitech UniHome 3 in sec 113 in noida in Dec 2011. At the time of booking I was thinking that within 3-4 years flat will be delivered but all hopes have now vanished.

Now after almost 3 years after booking I can't even hope that it will be delivered in next 3-4 years. The construction is really slow and Unitech gives no idea or hope that by when the project will be delivered.

There is practically no transparency from Unitech side and all I am left with is paying the huge interest on the home loan. Buying the unit in the Subvention scheme was  also a big trap by Unitech to collect huge amount of money in short time.

I opted to buy Unitech flat in Noida Sec-117 due to their reputation as organized player in this sector.

Unfortunately I found them to be worse than local builders, as no one in the company is concerned about Buyers complaints, no one is accountable for response. My hard earned money seems to be at stake and have no clue of solution.

The project is already behind schedule by 2 years, No visibility or serious efforts being made by builder at site.

I would sincerely urge all to cross check and re-visit your decision of investing in Unitech Projects, they seem very good on websites / brochures(But are actually reverse on ground) TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

Way back in 2009, when me & my father started looking for a flat in Delhi NCR, we were recommended from a family friend to buy a flat only if its offered by big players like Amrapali, Unitech, Jaypee, DLF etc;

But we asssumed Unitech to be the best option as we perceived them to be a reputed & professional player in real estate market. Based on the recommendations & our perceptions, we went ahead and bought a flat in Unitech Unihomes 3, same year.

Since my sister marriage was to take place around 2012, so we always believed that our dream home would be ready by then to make her marriage preparations from Delhi, a far easier job for our family.

But Ha.! How wrong & mistaken we were!

We didn't get promised possession by 2011-12! We couldn't get our flat ready by family function. We have to get marriage proceedings done from a rented flat. Still then we thought, nonetheless, it would be a matter of a year or two from there, when we would get our flats. No wonder we had already paid 90% payment by then.

We expected possession to happen in 2012. Didn't happen!

We expected possession to happen in 2013. Didn't happen!

In 2014 too. Didn't happen!

2015, Still Not very hopeful.

Year after year, these Unitech cheats Chandras are playing with our emotions, hope & money and still we see no sight of possession even by 2015 end!

How can these Cheat Chandras even sleep or take rest even after knowing that they have embezzled the funds of thousand buyers from big bunch of middle class families.

Unitech or their staff never responds to our email or phone calls. They never give assurances in writing. No Schedule as well. Only we see is false promises coming from their sidekick Ajay bhatt.

We all Unihomes 3 buyers are a disappointed lot but we have not lost our resolves to take these Unitech cheats for a task. They have to pay for delays, false promises & loot of money.

Just a caution note for new buyers - Don't you ever buy a flat from Unitech or you would rue that decision for whole life.

I had booked a 2BHK flat at Unihomes 3, Noida in December, 2012. My flat no is D1-404 and have already paid around 11 lakhs that is 30% of the total amount .

Its been almost 2 years now and construction has not yet started for D1 tower .  I have visited their office in Noida many times and the concerned person Ajay Bhatt says they have no plans as of now for this tower. For the other towers also the construction speed is very slow. It will take ages to complete the project at this pace.

Never invest you hard earned money in any Unitech's project specially Unihomes 3.

I Have booked my property in unihome's 3, sec 113, 3 year ago, and they promise completion in 30 months from date of booking.

Its almost 36 months, I have paid 85% of booking amount and from current speed of construction it will take another 3 years.

At this stage I am in double trouble on one side I am paying high EMI's for my home loan and on other hand I have to pay rent. Every time I visit unitech office they update us that it will take 1 year. From last one year we are getting same reply. I know property market is not in good shape But why end user is always on loosing side?

I took a property in Unihomes 3, approximately 2 years 5 months back.

Till now, they have not started the construction, nor are they committing any date of handover. Our bank loans have defaulted and banks denied a loan on this property.

But still, there is no apology or justification from management. Completely shameless. I feel like trapped and cheated by these fraud people.

I had purchased a 2BHK flat in Unihomes 3 two years back thnking that by now the construction would have almost completed and awaiting possession. But sorry to say, Unitech has not even started working on the B2 tower that I had purchased.

However, they ensured that the buyers pay them 40% upfront along with 100 other charges. They had sent me 50 letters atleast to claim 10, 000 rupees that was overdue and added another 10, 000 rupees for late payment interest+this charges+that charges which buyers like me have to pay but we buyers are getting nothing in return.

I strong wish for a regulator to come and ensure these practices are stopped and the builders are booked for taking general public for a ride. If, any one of you is planning to buy in Unitech - please read other similar horror stories for other properties including unitech south close, unitech uniworld gardens 2, and many others.

I booked one unit in UNIHOME 30 months back, it supposed to be delivered but they have not yet started even the ground level of B4 tower.

They cheated while booking, EMI keep on going every month and I am staying in rented accommodation, Now it is very difficult me to survive by paying both EMI and house rent.

They purposely delaying the project because they will pay only 5/sq. ft for delay.but it is quite surprise if any delay payment of our side they charged 18%.really they are making harassing us .

It’s been almost 3 years now from buying flat in Unihomes-3 Noida as no work has started for almost 2 years. They have started some work on it no where near to completion.

I have ealready paid full amount from Bank Loan. Invested all the savings. This turned out to be a blunder mistake of my life to buy from Unitech .

We are planning to sue unitech in court of law. If anybody can help.in legal matters or can suggest a good lawyer.pls comment. Advise: Never ever buy any property with UNITECH. It is a scammer.

Unitech is a big cheater.I had booked a flat in UNitech Unihomes in  year 2009 with a promise of delivery in 2011.But in 2014 I stand as a looser paying High EMI with no flat and no hope for delivery also.

They are so rude that they even dont want to  apologize and give a fix delivery date. Please dont invest in Unitech project.These builder should be behind bars for forgery. I dont even want to give them one star but as its not possible I select one.

I have booked flat in Unitech Unihome-3, Noida. We are feeling cheated now as in our case, the builder has not delivered the project on time and has delayed the project by 2 years already and still nothing has happened.

It is a point of worry now as no construction going on at the moment and the project future looks in dark. The only way out seems to take help of some agencies like CCI/CREDAI or fighting this battle legally by forming an association.
