No guards on the tower, only 2-3 guards on the main gate. Construction quality is so good that you can scrap plaster with your bare hands. Dogs barks at night and disturd your sleep. No dustbins present on floors or building, cleaning staff are on contract basis and their contract ends every week. If you request for plumber or electrician from mentainance only two possibilities are there, either they are having their lunch or they are on the way and the best thing is that neither their lunch is going to finish or they reach office in near future, so better to use urbanclap. But they are not going to compromise with the mentainance charge which is deducted from your prepaid meter recharge every morning at 7:10 am. Thead of the maintenance is a old man who is very arrogant and short tempered. Better not to argue with him because he has high BP problem and he shout so much that start having BP seizures and you will be responsible for that.
