I bought the house way back in 2009 just when it was launched

We were assured by Investors Clinic that it is a very safe investment and will yield great returns, well we didn't really care about the returns but wanted our own house to live in.

Took loan against LIC policy to pay down payment and home loan through HDFC.

I have paid an average of 20000 rs a month as rent and another 20000rs a month as installment for my home loan.

We barely meet our ends. Unitech has made a fool of us. Its a company with no ethical values and no value to our hard earned money.

I am disappointed and saddened. We don't know what to do and the entire family is under great economic n financial stress.

When I bought flat in UNITECH UNI Homes I took suggestions from family, friends, collegues and even friends in chartered bus. as it was a lifetime decision .and after all this I have done mistake of having a dream of own home.

Why people plays with our emotions.

If these builders can understand that they sells dream.in their advertisement.and play with emotions of AAM aadmi  in future.will always get'BAD DUA' from hearts from these peoples.

What I pray from GOD is that give some good vibes to these'Chandra's so that they can be less greedy and satisfy himself and others who directly or indirectly, wrongly or rightly got attached with them.

Hoping that we all get Angel . to resolve this problem.

Unitech is the market leader in cheating amongst the Real estate developers. Their primary business model is the suck out money from middle class and invest them in bigger projects. They suck out money from middle class through blatant lies of developing residential projects and never deliver them.

Nincomcoups whatever you call the Chandras, will be less for them. With a promise of getting posession by August 2011, I booked a flat in Sector 117, unihomes phase 1, noida. Its 3 years hence, there are no labours at the site. They do not have any intension of delivering the flats.

They give lame excuses like, they have fund problem, but they have 500 crores to invest in other real estate projects, but not complete their existing projects. All of their commercial projects are done within an year, but residential projects will never complete.

We middle class buyers are playing huge EMIs/Rents without any income tax rebate, because we do not have posession.

Before investing I thought like since I am staying away from India, better to invest in some big real estate compnay & hence Unitech came to mind & we invested.

Agreement was done on April2012 & possesion was supposed to be delivered within 30months(with 6month grcae period).

However after seeing the progress after 2.5yrs seems like they will provide possesion not before 2017, that too I am doubting.

Most shameless thing is even Unitech guys are saying yes it will be delayed.

These guys are cheater, fraud.

It feels like they chated me, they had already taken 50% of flat price & now doing this kind of unethical, unprofessionalism drama.

I have booked flat in C tower of Unihomes 3, Noida of Unitech Ltd.

It seems they do not want to construct and give the flat to buyers. Either they have used the money in their other group companies or may have intention to cheat the individual buyers.

They can complete the commercial projects on time but when come to residential project thier intention is to enjoy the money of individual buyers . They charge interest @ 18% per annum even on delay of one day and even when it is their fault in sending the demand late to buyers. Unitech staff has been trained how to humiliate and mislead the buyers.

Problem is that no one is listening us and they have large legal teams to harass individual buyers. It seems they have cheated our money and still we cannot do anything on this.

My request is that all buyers who have bought flats in unitech and who are witnessing their slow and even no construction in many projects to come together. If we will not unite, we will lose our hard earned money into making unitech owners more richer.

Also government will not come to our rescue and we have to take matter into our hands.

I booked 2 BHK in Unitech Gurgain in Oct, 2009 but till now only structure is complete. Unitech has taken 90% of payment but not delivering single project in Gurgaon. Worst builder PAN India. I invested money in Unitech for its brand name. Avoid such cheater who take hard earned money of middle class people.

Its been two years since I booked my flat in B2-tower in Unihomes-3. So far only the ground floor work is going on. They build the A-towers fast to attract more buyers and stopped the work.

I can't believe how can a top builder do this to buyers without any fear of government.If you are a new buyer, please don't ever associate with Unitech. They are cheaters without fear of anyone!

I have bought flat in 2012 at unihomes 3 in tower a3 1106. This people till now have just completed only ground floor roof and they openly say now not before 2017.

They are mis using our money they are so bad that they dont send payment recipts even after 10 reminders.i will strongly suggest stay away from unitech they are group of cheating people together

Few days back I had written one comment on this company and its poor service, adopting all the buyer unfriendly systems. and trying to bully all the buyers by dictating the unfair terms. The one sided builder buyer agreement.

Collecting payments in the name of construction from the buyers but using the funds for some speculative activities or some other businesses, Which it self is a crime under laws of "India. I feel more than 55 comments were made on this site by the unsatisfied buyers of this project. But its surprising that company has not even blinked the eye.

They are so arrogant and unfriendly to the buyers that no even one line comment was made. All the efforts of buyers to get an satisfactory reply or even a reply from builder has gone ashtray. I feel now buyers don't have any option except adopting legal measures. Our efforts to contact Mr Chandra CMD of Unitech has also failed. So dear fellow members now you don't have any option to settle this matter amicably. Just think and decide future course of actions either individually or collectively through our Association. I hope we too can depend on the support of Mr. Modi Government as Urban Development Ministry has assured to extend his support to all the  buyers who have been cheated by many NCR builders. Lets hope the good sense prevail among the management of  Unitech .and they agree to address the grievances of buyers.

I booked flat in noida-113 in Unitech project Unihomes-3. it is now 2.5 years passed but even construction could not be started for C tower. All buyers hard earned money blocked and have to pay huge interest to banks. As I booked under subvention plan so 95% already dis pursed by bank.

Who have booked flat in CLP also facing problem as banks black listed Unitech due to slow progress on this project. Now getting letter from Unitech to pay 18% interest.

I have no way except to pay 20K interest every month to banks only.

Not getting any satisfactory answer from builder also. Feeling cheated by Unitech.  Dont know when I will get my flat or not  . god knows .

I booked my flat under UNIHOMES3 sec 113 in january 2012. But now UNITECH has breched the completion deadlineof 30 months. There has been nil progress over the site. Hundreds of buyer's hard earned money is at stake. HDFC & PNBHFL has already blacklisted  UNIHOMES3 as they suspect that money is being siphone off by Unitech.

It is completely a fraud case and it has to be put to concerned higher authorities like Competition Commission of India(CCI). I request all the buyers to become the part of buyer's association and teach Unitech a lesson for adopting such fraudulent tactics.

Unitech has cheated people by promising to deliver when they cannot. This is across all the projects run by unitech. All there projects are un-delivered and there are scores of people who are stuck because the promises made by the builder.

Would advise everyone to avoid Unitech or any of its properties.

I bought a flat in Unitech Unihome 3 around 2 years back and the construction status is too slow, even slower than the speed of a turtle.

They would not even share the construction status properly and show you bogus values. They are poor builders and they cannot respond properly to the queries put forth. If you post any queries on the website, they wont respond. Money once paid, you are nothing to them.

They really need to look into their construction status and work on the buildings.

I have a lot of anger to the builder and management for their slow speed.

Hi,

I have bought one flat in Unitech Unihomes 3 in Tower B3-507 in Noida.

There is no new demand from Unitech since 2012.

Looking at the construction it looks like it will take more 5 years to deliver the project.

Also, they have done 5 years delays for Unihomes 1 & 2.

Attached is one image.The status of the tower is like this since 2012.

I am so much worried.

Guys please dont purchase from Unitech going by it's name.

I would say Unitech is one of the worst experiences of my life. from last 18 months not even a single brick is moved in C tower.

Although it is an accepted fact that all builders generally delay the completion of their projects by few months to a year. But it appears in our case the delay may be unending and difficult for many buyers to bear with it.We were planning to move in 2014, which is not going to happen in 2018 even.

Disaster is a very polite word to explain pain and torture I got from Unitech in last 2.5 years. Like many other hopeful serious buyers I also booked a flat in unihome-3(B2- 06) with an expectation of having my own house from a great builder(so called).

Even after paying 80% of amount not even a single floor of said tower is built. Whenever I approached to project coordinator Mr. Bhatt I was assured work is going in full swing, however when I approached site one day ground reality was far different.

They just built only 2 towers in last 3 years and now suggesting project will take atleast 3 more years(I don’t think they can finish even in next 5 yrs). I am forced to pay 11% interest to the bank with my dream home only on papers. Serious advice to any new buyer, please don’t get attracted with the low price, you will end up paying more if you consider interest and rent you would have paid as project will not complete before Dec 2019(optimistic view). Unitech is a death trap; their customer care is most pathetic in the world I have ever seen. Please avoid this until you are sure this is your last wish.:(

Honestly this not to dis advertise Unitech, but all the below facts are true and experienced by me and other peoples those who invested in Unitech.

I booked a flat in Unihomes3, Noida  project before 2.5Yr. ago in C2 tower unit no 708. I have paid 95% of payment using subvention plan from pnbhfl, Now I am paying full EMI for my loan amount. But the construction never proceed after ground floor pillar. I am 110%  unitech is not able to complete my dream home in time, and not sure about if it possible after 2020. For this work delay reason some bank already stop providing loans. The customer relation officers are just worst ever. Do not expect a solid answer ever, simple I mean to say all the CRM in unitech are liar. Wonder to know Unitech used to pay salary those peoples just for telling lies.

I will applied to everybody those who want to invest/deal with Unitech, please stop.and never choose Unitech ever.

In spite of several reminders there seems no end to the suffering and humiliation caused due to Unitech's non-responsiveness . I have booked through Proptiger in Noida of Unitech Unihomes 2, Unit No. 203, G2, 3BHK(area- 1271 sq. ft.) under Subvention Plan. They have already taken 95% of the payment( I paid 15% and the Bank paid 80%)

It is almost 2 years since I booked the flat, and construction hasn't started as yet. My installment at the bank has already started. When the handover for Unihomes 1 has not completed, I expect the least for Unihomes 2 even. And due to the bad reputation in the market, there is no one willing to buy Unitech properties so that I could resale my property and move to a different more reputed builder.

It is really shameful and disgraceful that in spite of  Supreme Court's prior strictures and regulations and penalties imposed on them for similar violations in Gurgaon, they seem to be hardly bothered. It is with our hard earned money that we have invested in the Projects. Rest assured we will leave no stone unturned to get what is due to us. Their compensation is peanuts which I would not like to accept under any circumstances. The pain and agony and the financial crisis my family is going through because of the delay would have to be borne by them.

There is no point in requesting Unitech as we already know now that they have malicious intentions of cheat us and are frauds. There is no way we can get our property than  to take legal recourse and action in this regard. Our Judiciary might be slow in delivering justice, BUT rest assured the UNITECH's "Injustice Would Prevail"

I booked my flat in unitech-unihomes3 in march 2012. They took 40% payment in first 9 months. After that it has been almost 20 months after the last payment there is no construction update on my tower.

When ever I call them they simply say that they will start work on my tower in next 2 months.

I don't know what will be the future of this project. Now banks have also denied disbursing loan for this project. I hope they will finish in next 2 years. But this has been a really big loss for me.

Hey unitech guys, if you come across this review, please comment on it. Say some thing about it. Focus on this project and finish it.

My story is no different then the things shared in the previous comments. I booked a flat in Unihome 3 in sect 113, in nov 2011 and it was due for possession 2014. Now 2014 has already gone but the construction has not started yet, possession seems like a dream to me. 40% of the payment has already being done. At this point in time we are paying the installments of the loan as well the rent of the premises where we are living. It is a unnecessary financal burden on us due to the careless attitude of Unitech. I propose to unitech that they should look into the matter on priority basis as it is a huge concern for all the buyers.
