I have purchase flat in unitech noida and I have flat in tower B1 But they are not doing any work and not bank is also stopped disbursing for this project and builder send us the demand. I don't how to arrange money. Builder is also penalizing us for his own fault.I will warn consumers not to buy any flat in unitech.

It's been 3 years now from buying flat(No more a home, dreams crashed) in Unihomes-2 Noida as no work has started for almost 2 years.

Some work started few months back by Unitech but only to fetch the due amount from flat buyers. This turned out to be a blunder mistake of my life to buy from Unitech which is one of the fraudest real state company in India.

Unitech has cheated people by promising to deliver flats on a given period of time but 20% of the construction has done.

So they should be penalised  and govt should look into the matter so the common man get his home at time.I have a bought a flat in 2012 and they have promised to give the flat after two year but now its more than two year and still no hope is there

I made the booking in July 2009 in this project, worst investment decision till date. 5 yrs and no sign of delivery, even for next 2 yrs.

My money would have grown much better had I put it in FD. Brand Unitech got a battering post 2009, and they are in no mood to better their image. Please do not invest with this builder, anywhere across India.

Unitech must be planning to quit by taking everybody's life time savings and throw you in dark life while Chandra's family will enjoy luxurious life with your money.

It is high time to be United and make a court case.

Bank started blacklisting this builder.their own staff are not getting salary. Chances are that they will go away as they misused u r money and now they don't have money.

I am also one of the trapped buyer by Unitech have booked Unihomes 3, tower B2. This is my first home and now I feel the decision of mine was not correct and was more in hurry.

When I was looking to book my home .there were many projects and unitech was fitting my pocket so I choose it despite of knowing delay part. But I never thought the delay could become so huge that you never know when Unitech would deliver. So I would suggest any new buyer not to even think of Unitech.  In fact I would appeal govt of India to intervene and do something for common home buyers .

I brought my House in Unitech Unihomes-2 Noida in Aug 2009. As per the agreement I got the position in Aug 2011 but till now even structure is not ready. Very poor service of Unitech. After every meeting they change the time position and from last 6 Months no construction is going on this protect. God know how we will get our flats from UNITECH

I booked a flat on 10th floor of unitech unihomes project at noida in june 2009. I booked in prelaunch and unitech promised to give possession in two years but its more than five years now and there is no hope of getting it sooner/later.

Whenever we enquire for possession date, crm of unitech shamelessly give a due date of another six months. I have done 80% of the total payment. I would like to appeal all those reading, please buy flats from unitech because it would help unitech to rise financially and that might help us in getting our flat.

Dear Friends, I booked 2 BHK in Unihomes-3, sector-113, Noida in January, 2012 with a written promise of possession of 30 months  from January.2012. But still there is no updates on even completion of construction. Unitech has cheated. God knows only that when I will get my house. If anyone can help me, please let me know.

Earlier When it comes to unitech, people used to think good/reputed builder, loyalty etc etc. But now, after seeing various projects of Unitech and suffering the burns after investing all my savings and borrowed money, I will say, guys refrain yourself from investing in Unitech. Chandra's of Unitech are not real "CHANDRA", they are the darkest side of Moon, that we have seen.Shattered dreams, Lost faith, Illegal practices are synonyms for Unitech now.

I booked a flat in Unihomes 3 from my hard earned money. Now I am paying both EMI and my rent. The flat was supposed to be delivered this year but till now not even construction has started. I am so depressed because of this cheater builder.

Dont go fo this builder if you love your hard earned money. This builder is a complete cheat as whenever you call them they would say they would start construction in 3 months and this answer I have been listneing from past 3 years. I feel like a fool. Stay away! stay away! better to live in a rented house thant to screw your life in a hope of getting a flat and paying EMI.

So last I heard was Real Estate sector is in bad shape. The question happens to be why?

Because of these developers like unitech this entire industry has lost its credibility.

Even after paying for our houses we cant attain possession.

Instead of seeing no efforts from builders to complete the project, cant force it.

Using our money, to build on their land bank and launching new projects to fool others.

Telling us they dont have money to complete the project, so what happened to the money we deposited with you.

Just want to assure anyone who has the dream to build a house in NCR and will to buy Unitech project, rest assured they are going to make your dream remain a dream.

'These are brothers running the company and bunch of cheats at management positions. Shamelessly returning with mails with their standard replies.

'Other important factor here is the state administration, the noida authority, that has only acted as a aid for these cheats, there accountability is also to be questioned here.

Ányways people have already lost all hopes from the SP govt in UP, so no comments to add for them, its all well known.

Hi,

I am a unihomes noida customer who was fooled way back in July 2009 and still repenting the decision. The project is way too far from completion status and no updates are being shared by unitech officials. No body from there side is interested in discussin the proejct status also.

I still regret my decision of opting for Unihomes in 2009 when couple of my friends also invested in other nearby projects. Most of them have got the possession or are due for possession this year. But my project seems to hit a big hurdle and now I worry that whether it will see the light of the day ever or not.

I certainly have lost all hope in unitech and would like other prospective unitech customers to know about this BIG CHEAT. Just BEWARE.

I would like to share my views on the Unitech as a Builder for Real Estate Development in Noida. It may be noted that I have a booked a 2bhk flat in Sept 2012 in their Sector 113 Project named as Unihomes 3(Tower C6).

Unitech started very fast in the beginning in sending demand notes seeking funds on reaching different milestones. However when they seemed to collect at least the land cost or more, they got slowed down or virtually stopped construction in some of the towers. The way they are working, I am sure that they would not be able to complete the construction in expected time frame of 30 months. It looks like they would need at least 10 years to deliver the project.

It is very rediculous that despite having funds at their disposal by collecting in lump sum or milestone based payments from the customers, they do not show efficiency at the construction site. Are they siphoning this project funds to other activities?

Their penalty clause in the agreement has also not any practicality. Unitech wants to charge(and is charging)~18% interest on delayed payments which may be due to last minute dispatch of demand notes. On the other hand,   they want to pay only Rs. 5 per sq ft on delayed offer of possession, which is nothing. Consider the situation of those who have availed home loan facility at 10-11% per annum. Without any clarity on possession of their homes, customers are under unnecessary stress and difficulties.

I do not think even Unitech staff and Management would themselves like to have bookings in their own projects with the current level of irresponsible attitude being demonstrated by Unitech. It is high time that they pull up their socks and show their capability of doing quality construction in stipulated time frame. They should note that some of the small builders are way ahead of them in construction business.

I have flat in B3 tower and from last 2 year not getting any demand and it becomes big mistake of my life. never never purchase any flat of unihomes 3. All banks are black listed unitech and they are not funding any project and it is very difficult to survive with unihomes. higher mangement  do not have any intrest in housing socity they are taking money and start build IT offices. All buyers are ready for legal action.

I am writing this review to make everyone aware about Unitech as builder & about theie commitment. I had purchased a unit in Unihomes 3 way back in May'2012 with assurance from Builder that I will get possession in 2015.

More than 2 years passed but there is no constuction on ground. They have just created some structure to fool common people. The way they are working it doesn't seem that I will be getting possesion even by 2020. They are bunch of cheaters with reputed name that they might have created with help of money & power. So, please be aware before investing in Unitech.

I have bought a flat 899 ft in B4 tower with construction linked plan of Unihomes 3 in March 2012.After so much hard work, I wanted to buy my own home with my hard earned money. So, I choose unitech as the builder was having a good reputation and is one of the biggest organization in india.

Unitech promised to provide the flat in Mar, 2015, It is almost the end of 2014 and they have taken 40% of the payment but the builder has not built a single floor. Leave 2015, I dont think they are going to deliver it by 2018 also.

I have been trying to follow up through the staff but nobody responds properly.They always have some lame excuses or other such as labour is unavailable and contractor is giving trouble. The staff doesn't allow us to meet the higher management and they keep on saying the issues will be resolved soon and construction will start but even 2.5 yrs nothing is happening.

Now we are just start formalizing the matter and seeking legal advice and will challenge Unitech in court only. I hope the GOI will listen to use and provide us justice.

I had bought a property in Unihomes-3(Sec-113, Noida) around 3 yrs back hoping a abode for my family.

I gave all my blood earned savings to them also taken loan from private bank.

Now, after three long years.there is no sign of construction for my Tower. I can see only foundation from last two years, nothing ahead!

Unitech does not reply to our calls, emails neither their staff listen to us. We are paying our rentals plus monthly bank EMIs that have broken our back:(

Alas! there is no regulatory authority or Govt department in India to check on these looters.

To whom should we go and cry?

I really feel cheated after booking a flat in Unihome-3 Noida Sec 113. After 3 years of booking the ground floor of the block is yet to be completed. I dont know what will happen next. I just wanted to understand that what Unitech is doing with our money which I have given to them.

Unitech is the market leader in cheating amongst the Real estate developers. Their primary business model is the suck out money from middle class and invest them in bigger projects. They suck out money from middle class through blatant lies of developing residential projects and never deliver them.

Agreement was done on April2012 & possesion was supposed to be delivered within 30months(with 6month grcae period

I have booked flat in( tower C4 in Jan 2013) unitech unihome 3 noida.I am worried after investing in it.No progress  is going on.how it can be handover in given timeframe.No regularity in this area to monitor such Developer .We seems to be cheated after investing in this project.Government/CCI/CREDAI OR responsible body should look into such developer.
