5 star, excellent project, very high-quality work and excellent customer service. Pleasure to purchase SA lifestyle project - Terraza.The project has come out beautifully. Probably one of the only projects in this area that gives you private terraces. While I understand that there was a delay in the project completion. I am very happy to say that my dream home construction was done correctly, and good materials were used. I can say this without a doubt because I, myself, am a civil engineer having 23 years of experience.

The architecture is superb, a beautiful private terrace with every home & very pleasant atmosphere to live in. The project gives you calm and peaceful vibes the moment you step inside. Appreciate the quality of work.

Each individual from the Terraza team has been lovely. My strong recommendation to those who are looking for the right place to invest just go with Terraza. Do not go with the overall reviews that you see here because the past has not been good but the Terraza team has come back so strongly that all the neighbours who I know in Terraza are praising them for their efforts. Just how the SWAMIH fund, from the Govt is helping some delayed projects to get back on track, at Terraza, SA Lifestyle has taken over and has completed the project. We have also got the much-awaited OC! Thank you to Terraza team for supporting the project and completing it despite of all the challenges.

I booked a flat with Unishire back in 2014. Followed by that I ended up waiting for years due to the delay in the project's completion. But I would not hesitate to take this platform to share that, my experience has completely changed from the time S.A Lifestyle took over.

They came in to promise the delivery of the project along with proper documents. And they did deliver on every commitment they made.

I am now staying in the flat and having an awesome experience.

We had invested in a flat constructed by unishire in 2016 was promised to be given by 2017 . It's 2019 and the building is half finished . The quality is horrible , they are cheaters . Do not invest in unishire .

They are a fraud builders.They do all false promises to to take a booking and taking money from you after that the god knows about the projects.All the Management and staff are fraud.Lots of people have invested their harden money and suffering like anything to get their money back.I am also one of the sufferer. No one respond the calls neither responses through mail. Even after visiting also multiple times to their office no response and they will say no one is coming to office now days.I have a feeling that they will ran away from the market just like other few builders have done. I pray that no one should become a next murga for them. Stay cautious before investing your money in Unishire Group.

Unishire hands down is the worst developer you can go with.

It is better to cancel your allotment(if you have booked a flat) and invest your hard-earned money in a better project. Unishire is no longer going to be Unishire as they are bankrupt and are evading payment to many customers. All their projects are on hold in Bangalore because of lack of funds(however, they blame it on RERA registration cost).

We had booked 3 apartments in late 2014 with a delivery deadline of late 2017. But as things started and we invested about 30 lakhs things went south. When we went there and saw the development of construction they had not even dug the foundation. We were shocked. Then we followed up for all approvals and they never gave us on time or no phone answers.

Since we lost trust we requested to drop out of the project as they never met any construction timelines but want the next installment. So since 2016 we are fighting for our money. They never answered phones so we went to their office multiple times to sort it out but nobody would acknowledge us. Lately the legal person told us that he will give post dated checks after 17th November meeting with Sudhir. But now he also does not answer phone nor has he replied with any updates.

Worst builder in the history of badness.

I rue and curse the day that I booked a property at Unishire. I booked a property called Belvedere at near Jakkur in 2014. It has been 3 years and NO work has been done! In the interim they renamed the property Palazzo and changed specifications, offered a few fancy fittings and all.all hogwash!

I finally cancelled my booking and it has been over a year, and they spouting crap about ESCROW accounts and income tax problems and have refused to refund money, when it was them who confirmed that the project would never be completed.

They spent all their money in marketing maybe and now have no money to build anything. I have no clue how can a useless company like them have any image in the market.

I am writing this review, so any unassuming person does not fall in their trap in the future, like we were.

Never buy a property from them, even if that means staying on in a rented place! You will have some peace in your mind.unlike us, having been taken on a ride for so long!

Horrible staff, equally fraud owner called Vinay Mehta and corrupt legal aids.I have run out of words to describe my anger at this disgusting and absolutely rubbish builder.STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY OF UNISHIRE!

This people goes to BDA acquired lands, using their influences and money they denotifies the land with the help of land owners . Then both land owner and this developers tried to assualts the site owners these site owners were living more than 20 years with proper documents and permanent injunction suit they destroys the constructed houses they not even obeys the court orders they behaves like rowdies, their main intention is to occupy the land with free of cost and construct the luxurious apartments to gain crores of rupees, they do this type of rowdy activities near jakkur and Thanisandra Bangalore surroundings .

Hi I have been seeing these fraud builder from very long time more than 5 years they have not completed a single project till date they only show u some land with blue fensing all around Bangalore trust me they are not capable of building any thing please don't invest your hard earned money and get struck for decade.

I went to there office Kumara park in 2013 to book appartment one situated behind manyatha tech park it was my luck I did not get the perticular facing and floor but. Four years now project is at the same level what I saw in 2013, couple of my friends are literally crying for there mistake by booking with Unishire.

One geniune advice please don't fall in a trap called Unishire

I booked an unit in Unishire Indira Elan in month of June 2016, and due to personal reasons I cancelled my booking requesting for refund of my booking amount. Have been patiently waiting for last 4 months.

My contact person after booking, in beginning he picked calls for 1 or 2 times, telling me he will look into it. After that most of the time he used to just ignore my mails and phone calls. In January he responded back to both my mails and calls telling my refund will be processed by January 20th. But till now I haven't received any thing. And now he is not even responding to my mails and calls.

Mr. Sudhakar was the sales person. Had a good experience with him, when ever my supposedly contact person never used to pick up calls, I used to call him up, and he used to follow it up and tell me about the status.

Now am fed up of following my contact person, and registered a complaint at Consumer forum. Hoping for best happens from Consumer forum.

I am writing this per my experience with Unishire as I purchased an apartment in Unishire Premia. I would recommend any one having questions/concerns relating to Unishire quality of construction to certainly visit this property and Unishire Terraza.

I do understand from them that Unishire went into lot of initiating new launches spree and kind of went off track in rather delivering finished product.

I interacted with Sales person Mr Venugopal in Feb and I had 3-4 options to purchase in and around that area but in April I decided to firm up my decision with Unishire Premia.

Since then and till yesterday my experience has been pleasant with them. I have made many site visits with family and friends and they did facilitated few and Mr Venugopal and others on site have always been welcoming before and after the purchase.

I got the documents reviewed with one of well known lawyer of Bangalore and he did advise to go ahead as the project has all approvals and at no point of time Unishire team hesitated to share any document which we demanded.

My family is looking forward for the project completion and we strongly believe that it will be a successful venture of Unishire and good investment from our point of view. We really hope and wish they meet the time line.

This is my review and my opinion about Unishire and their Premia & Terraza project in particular and would recommend any one interested in Unishire to visit these projects if they want to buy as both these are nearing completion.

Absolutely happy that I am somehow escaped from being a custome of Unishire. They held my money for about a year. I booked in one of their project in Bannerghatta road by end of 2015 and it never started. not sure if it started or not.

But after 3 months of booking, they themself called me and said that they are cancelling my booking and they will refund in 60 days as the money have to be released from their ESCROW Account.

Trust me. .the 60 days become 8 months to recover PDCs from them.

Such a pathetic experience. Stay away from Unishire. They seem to be similar company like TGS, Gruha Kalyan, Dreamz Infra.  When I discussed with other buyers, understood most of them feel cheated by Unishire.

Pls be careful with Unishire, they have not completed any projects 100%.till now except ledge which has got quality issues.

Panamera is in bad shape, trying to rectify the faults.Terraza & belvederia is under construction, will come to know the fate of the projects after 6 months-1 year.Please wait & watch about the quality. Hope Unishire will learn lesson from the past projects.

I have booked 2BHK apartment with Unishire. As I experienced their  stafs are very polite and supportive the customer care team of Unishire is also outstanding. It very good when someone seems supportive and caring with whom you going to invest your money.

They are replying to each and every mails and query and they always providing installment receipt and status of work progress on time.

I have booked a apartment with Unishire and quiet happy with what I have got and the kind of care they have given me is excellent .

In-fact I am so happy that I have booked a second flat with them in their new project, being an NRI it was quiet difficult for me to finalize some thing in India. they have helped me lot in all this and they are taking very good care of my house. They also helped me renting my house, so for me nothing can be better than this.

In Unishire Group everyone has been lovely and helpful and very patient with our many changes which caused a lot of correspondence and several variations which added more time to the contract. Our home is almost ready but the end product is definitely worth waiting for.

At Unishire they know the value of their customer and always try to solve their issues soonest possible without being irritate. My strongly recommendation to those who are looking for the right place to invest just go with Unishire.
