Booked a flat 2013 .with promised delivery date of 2017 .now in 2020 no signs of completion. They took 80% money and now no communication being made . really feeling cheated .

They really annoyed us beyond measure at the time of possession. Firstly, they did not make the house as expected and then there were so many unfair demands, it is just not reasonable.

There have been many instances when the price correction request has not been taken seriously and this needs to improve since it is high time now that the inventory of all the unsold real estate assets that is growing should be keenly developed.

They have no space for car parking, which is quite horrible because we have to keep our cars outside and this causes us a lot of problems.

Parks are very few in the vicinity leaving little to no room to cater to personal fitness and breathing activities. The children find it difficult to find time for outdoor playing and old find it difficult to casually stroll around when need be.

They have used different quality materials then what they said they would use. They have used different marbles for flooring in different flates and you can easily make out that some flats have cheap qulaity of marbles and we are paying the same price, which is just not done!
