Poor maintenance

Hi all, I would like to convey some informarion about the umiya group project. The construction level is ok but not up to the level of satisfaction. The air conditioning system doesnt have control to regulate. The restrooms the plumbing pipelines were visible. That too very small pipes. Very frequently it needs the pressure pump to clear the slag. Administration is not worrying about the external and internal issues of the building. Very poor mobile network. They disnt even considered the network issue. People use to go out to use the mobile. I hope the umiya management will see this review and take some corrective action.
