UK Realty projects have everything under one roof. From amenities to security to open spaces. Their projects are thoughtful as well as affordable. I really loved their sangfroid project in andheri west. One of my friend suggested me to visit the sample flat of UK sangfroid and I was highly  impressed by the way it was built and presented. The surroundings are really clean and also peaceful.

Uk Realty has come up with amazing project at Andheri. It comes in with a list of amenities for its resident like gymnasium, swimming pool, high tech security, squash court and all. They have 2bhk and 3bhk luxurious apartments. I have heard that this project is nearing possession. I think it’s a great place in Andheri to live in.

Their projects are well planned and well structured. I was really amazed when I got to know that they are using aluminium formwork, a latest technology in construction for all their projects, and so are able to quickly develop and deliver in half the time of other developers. Much less stress as a result. dnt have to wonder if and when the delivey will happen.

Their sales representatives are really good. They will provide you with each and every detail regarding the project. I have booked a flat in uk iridium and I am really excited to move in there real soon. my family members were looking from a long time to shift towards suburb but were not able to get a decent society but I think this would be a great place to stay

I was suggested to check the property uk sangfroid by a friend. The building quality and workmanship is really good in all their project. They really offer quality construction, quality architecture and quality spaces. That’s what my friend said and even I have noticed that he was right. Really liked the property

I have been reading about a lot of properties online. I got really good reviews about UK Iridium on online website. It really close to where I’m renting a place with my family. I casually strolled into the vicinity and asked if I could have a look at the property. To my surprise, the employees there were more than welcome to show me around. I’m considering to buy a property in UK Iridium but would like to take third opinion on it so I have asked my parents to accompany me next time

HI friends, I visited UK Sangfroid last week that is located in andheri west Mumbai, veera desai road to be specific. The construction seems to be going a good speed. Luckily I got a chance to speak to the contractor too and the quality seems to be very good. It’s a standalone tower and more amenities would be nicer but that also means low maintenance headache in the future. it has a fantastic view of the andheri sports complex stadium. The green pitch can be visible from one of the bedrooms. Also, the terrace garden plan looks very nice. Considering the project seriously for my cousin brother.

Connectivity is extremely important for me as both I and my Spouse have jobsUK Iridium is nice property because of this reason only. I came from the Kandivali station and it only took me around 8-9 minutes to reach the property. Although it was a little confusing to find due to existing construction on Akruli Road. This should improve once the Metro starts functioning as the metro station is ever closer than the current local train station. The plot is pretty much vacant and hence the worry about slum dewellers being there is not there. Overall experience was also good and possession is also not after 5 years or something.

Their properties are quite reasonably priced and gave quite a realistic opinion of the market. They also helped us out with the entire sales process, especially related to the legality

Avoid this builder. No trust. False promises. Once he gets all money he won't even allow you inside the Office. CHanges the layouts of the building to accomodate 3BHK flats and totally removed all the parkings. Refused to give parking late ron even after taking the money also charging highest transfer fees for no reason.

Once you book the flat after that you will be facing the bunch of ruthless CRM team

These guys have different names Keemaya / Damodar SUrruchi Developers/Dinesh Bansal

They can bend all the rules as per their requirements and innocent middle class people gets crushed in between.

Hi i'm booked triple bed room flat ago 4 months. Company staffs are explained they have to give a car parking also 2 nos of two wheeler parking, temple ground, fitness centre, playground. Also they committed for meeting hall for monthly members meet. That all are committed after have not speak us to about these commitment. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SHOULD NOT FINISHED 30 PERCENT BUILDING WORK TILL NOW. We all buyers asked them but till they have not answered about building or flat.I'M REALLY SAD ON THIS BOOKING WITH THEIR COMPANY

I was booked one flat in UK Realty last 6 months ago. They explained that they have to make parking' playing ground, gym fit centre for both male and female, meeting hall for monthly meet members and also temple will be done inside of compound. That is their promise But they have not make any step into their promise, because they should not completed 50% work till now. my money was pending. I'm asked to take any decision but they will not taken work quick. I'M NOT TRUST AGAIN THIS REALTY COMPANY

Extremely Poor experience, very arrogant, Project is stuck in between, does not talk to customers. Talk to buyers of previous project(Vedic Heights) before investing in any project of this builder. About a month back when buyers of Vedic Height Flats went to his office to discuss, builder ran away from office. Seems, keeps on launching new projects and collect money. At the time of purchase, will make all false promises.

Avoid this builder. No trust. False promises. Builder dont care about flat owners in vedic heights. Concentrating on new project. No regular update. Recently received CC for vedic heights. Work pace is slower than speed of sneal.

Do buy and block ur hard earn money. U hv to unnecessary pay interest, rent and over that mental stress. If you are buying flat in Keemaya iridium . pls pls avoid it. 95% money paid to builder by most of the flat buyer but work status is not up to the mark. Now SBI bank decided not to release payment looking at work done by builder.

Positive - Deals only in white money.

Negative - Will never tell u the truth regarding building layout, parking& possession etc. Possession has been delayed for more than 2 years in the first project itself . They will not provide you any compensation for delays. Management will never meet you& keep giving excuse through junior staff etc. Don't buy any flats in any of the projects. Caveats Emptor. They have launched several other projects - conclaves, boulevard, stadium view, keemaya heights, andheri east etc. But, I am 100% sure they will never fulfill the commitments . Hence, better to avoid investing in any of the projects for your inner peace.
Delayed possession and bluffed about parking

I liked the builder while buying the home as they were one of those rare who take all payments in white.

Documentation wise for loan they asisted well at first.

But now it's two and half year and I am yet to get the possession which is delayed by 2 years.

They are not pushing on genuinely for pending CC which has stalled work for almost 1 year.

Irritating part is they are not providing proper updates or response on queries about possession.

Worst thing is they have bluffed about parking space.

Podium was mentioned to be for parking and now we learn that they are building flat there.

This is completely wrong and big time cheating with customers who have bought flat and trapped by their sales team.

They must have covered them in agreement by not mentioning clearly on parking space.

Not sure if this was planned cheating.

If you are buying flat in their next projects be aware and make sure you get all such things in written.

I can speak on behalf of my family and neighbours when I say this is one of the best experiences we have ever had when buying a home. The builder has delivered everything as promised and has kept an open ear to all our feedback. I will definately recommend this builder if you are willing to purchase a home in andheri or kandivali

I heard abour UK realty from a relative. She was looking for a new home to move in with her fiance. After a lot of talks with brokers and visiting various properties she visited UK Iridium. The 1bhk flat at the Kandivili based property was something which caught her eye and she immediately sent pictues of the property on our family whatsapp group. The building and the locality looks good. we are also going to check out the propety soon
