The maintenance fee at this place is really high and they do not give us the amenities and facilities that are needed so I am wondering why the maintenance fee is so high.

I have no car parking space to park my car and I have to park my car outside some night and it is very scary for me.

There have been several cases where because the developer failed to clear the impending loan to the bank, the banks have been refraining from providing subsequent loans. This has led to many of the bank loans been classified as non-performing assets.

The carpet area of this place is very small. Their 2BHK houses have the carpet area of a 1 BHK flat and the cost is similar to a 2 BHK, which is very disappointing.

It has been seen that there are a very few current inventory takers of the unsold houses in the premium sector as there has been accumulated current inventory that has led to the developers to not even think of launching new projects.

Post GST, it has been seen that the buyers have to deal with paying registration charges and stamp duty on properties. This has been further escalated with the buyers who are required to pay additionally 12% service charge and this on a whole accounts to a great heavy charge not suited for the consumers.

Many of the developers who are currently lacking in terms of creating a new first hand website need to quickly avail such services. If this is not done properly, there may be scenario where number and type of projects that have been executed by the builder, in and around the buyer’s target city will be unknown.
