Not worth able property as advertised

1. water is very worst . they don't have any treatment plant. but when sell builder cheat they going to provide treatment plant

Now occupied flat oweners are unhappy.

1. walls are very poor plastering. inside the house always brake and fall down. they use very poor quality material.

   
   




2. Don't have enough car park. they allot different locations.

   
   




3. price is too high compare to his quality of build

   
   




4. Doors quality are very poor. means wood quality very worst.

   
   




5. club house is very worst condition, swimming pools are very small. only childrens can use.
