They trap customers with single payment offer .

I had very bad experience with this company, employees are not good and MD behavior is also not good. MD don't know what's happening in the company. They are cheating customers. Please enquire before taking any property from TRIPURA CONSTRUCTIONS

The builder Sudhakar Pasupuleti has no vision and wasting investors and people money in politics.No on time delivery of projects.All projects are delayed for about 3-4 years.Yes, This is true.Investors can't take their money back once they invested.They wont give your money back if you want to step back. Not just Meadows, this is same with Tripura Galaxy and Green Alpha.It seems they don't have financial planning like other builders.I am sure that investors are at risk.

They have all the politicans and lawmakers on their side, so forget that you are going to get your possession. Stay away from this group because they will use all your hard earned money for their personal pleasure!

They have no idea how to talk to the clients. They acted clueless when we asked them for the approvals and licenses, so we decided not to book with them.

There are many developers who try to send the potential buyers the projects that are under-constructed. This happens to turn out to be a bummer as the buyer don't go for investing in a finished project and the under-constructed projects are delayed by 1-3 years.

I cannot even take tutions at my own house, which is so sad. They say that they want a part in the money that I make from the tutions. What?

They said that they would be making a separate play space for kids but there is nothng of that sort. Also, the other amenities that they promised us are not there. We did not pay so much for this.

Even if the bank approves for the loan, it somehow is delayed and then it collapses after it passes the eligibility criteria and this has been seen as the serious threat to the growth of those who are concerned with the day to day transactions with the bank with regards to their properting or corresponding housing loan.
