Had chance to visit Trinity Citadel in Kadavanthra. I would say for such a price apartment is really good. quality of construction and materials used are best.

I bought an apartment from trinity at Kakkanad. From their prestigious project trinity world. Its on Venus Tower and I am satisfied with their construction and delivery. Bought it after a long research and I found they provide apartments at a cheaper rate. build quality and fittings are good. was delivered on time

One of the top builders in Kochi. currently they have around 3-4 apartments in Kochi. I bought one apartment in Periyar Winds, Aluva. Key was handed over to me last month. Location is perfect and construction is good. Im a really hapy with the quality of materials used for interiors. fantastic view of periyar river frm my apartment.

I bought one apartment in trinity venus kakkanad. im very much satisfied with the quality of construction and delivery. for me the best part is the location. Im working in Infopark, so for me its very easy to reach my office. They deliverd my flat without much delay. community here at venus is very good and we live here like a family.

I used to visit Trinity apartments at Edapally. my friend and his family lives there. top quality construction and they maintain their apartments well. location is great. just opposite to Lulu mall. Interiors and kitchen fittings are of good quality.

I am resident of aluva and have been living in the city for many years now. I have seen the development of the Periya Winds project from Trinity Builders and hope that they will hand over the keys to the flats on time. From my knowledge I hope that the builders will deliver on time.

I have been living in a rented flat at Palarivattom for about ten years, before I was in a position to buy a flat for my family. Like any malayali, I had done a good share of research before deciding on the builder. That was before two years and after my research I came to the conclusion that Trinity Builders is the best among all the builders in Kochi. Their projects are kind of affordable and they have tie up with many banks, making it much easy to arrange for loans. I bought a 2 BHK flat in Trinity Crown and it was delivered on time without any delay. I can guarantee that anyone can rely on Trinity Builders. If they are facing any problem, they will surely come up with a solution.

I see that there are many unsatisfied buyers of Trinity Neptune project, but you need to understand that for any business there can be setbacks. I have an apartment at Trinity Castle, Edappally and  I am much satisfied after doing business with Trinity Builders, sorry that I am an NRI, as someone else told in their comment. Is being an NRI an crime here? I have been working in Qatar for over fifteen years and invested my money on the flat and I have no regrets what soever.

I don't know what happened with their Neptune project. It might be the delays caused by red tapes and I sincerely hope that Trinity Builders will come up with a solution. I had done a good share of research before deciding to buy an apartment at Trinity Castle and from my research and experience, Trinity is a good builder in Ernakulam, when compared to the other builders and developers. I understand the frustration when you think that you lose your money and hope that Trinity will sort things out fast.

For trinity Neptune, there is no fire NOC and the upcoming tower is also under question with a case in the high court of Kerala. Kerala Building Rules say the approach road width to be 10 meters but Neptune and trinity world complex is not having the prescribed width.

I booked flat with great hopes but now I cannot start stay in my flat due to this. The builder - TALKS BIG, DELIVER LESS

For them all the issues are handled by them properly, then what about poor customer's money? Their staff will laugh at you, if you ask about your money.

They are arrogant, incapable to handle big projects and are outright selfish and greedy establishment who has a special skill to get NRIs to their trap. Please stay away.

Good thing about this builder is they never say they don't deliver, but infact they don't deliver. I booked flat with great hopes only to find that all my hopes will shatter away because of them. they will always point out some person or other person, in their mind they are the only geniuses and poor customers who booked don't know anything. They will say so and so person is delaying, so and so department is delaying we cannot do anything, you know the political climate, we are giving bribe the department is not agreeing, what can we do, you need to be patient etc

I booked a flat in trinity world kakkanad, there are numeorus issues with this project. I am waiting without proper answer from them, they are not getting fire noc and went to court regarding this.

They have put up all the loop holes in their agreement to cheat customers. Even, they will challenge you to go for case against them. They don't respect your money

If you value your money please don't book, huge handover delays and negative attitude by the staff once they get your money

I booked a flat in one of the tower in Trinity world from trinity builders. One of my colleague who owned a flat in their first tower has really good experience with this builder. this made me to book a flat from trinity since I was planning to get settled in Cochin. They used to update each stage of construction though mail which I this these days no builders do. I was very happy with the way they treated us. Most surprisingly our flat was delivered before scheduled hand over date.
