Post posession experience is not so good.

Despite having good support from sales and site engineer post possession experience is not so good as the builder does not show much interest to resolve any issues. Too much fluctuations , unhygienic water supply, internal corridor exposed to rain water damaging the entire building, pathways are not maintained properly for kids and elder ones.

Unnecessary delay in khata transfer and parking allotments.

We understand everything can be solved within a day but at least the builder should communicate and share the expected time lines for requests made by residents and should take appropriate actions.

Quality water supply and safety are the major concerns.
