So many issues, poor material, bad maintainance, arrogant land owner who thinks its still his property after taking money from flat owners. After taking money from people they still claming the pathway which is part of society plan.

Pathway to society is still not given handover, no fencing. There is borewell on pathway, after giving possession owner has closed borewell for his future use, ehy he sold the land if he still wants it. Took money and still claming?

Land owners want to still use it for own purpose even after selling it.
