Many of the projects that have been taken up by the builder are not constructed in some of the most sought after places and flat locations. This needs to be changed and the builder has to set up new flats in the nearby areas so that local accessibility is quicker and more effective.

I bought Property from Today Developer Ulwe in 2015 almost ready to go building with the Promise of getting Possession on Mar 2016. Now Its Jan 2018 still no Possession given. & the building condition is same as it was in 2015, not a single work done by builder. He took all money with false promise & not at all Interested about the customer & commitments & siting reasons of CIDCO.

All the Staff & Builder is just fooling us. He is busy selling his other Projects. They are cheaters will suggested not to buy Property with Today Group in Ulwe Navi Mumbai.
