NOWADAYS THIS BUILDER MAINTENANCE STANDARDS GOING DOWN. AMARPRAKASH WANT TO SAVE TOO MUCH MONEY FROM CUSTOMER POCKET BY CUTTING DOWN MAINTENANCE COST. COLLECTING HIGH SERVICE FEE WITH LOW ATTENTION/SERVICE.

Happy to say that Amarprakash it's treating me like a family and I'm also satisfied with their quick response. They create good insight about the Project and their provision of information on the upcoming projects is also helpful.

The projects are also very close to the city which is really helpful. Maintenance cost is the only issue as it's a bit steep but that's also reasonable because of their neat maintenance.
Take a receipt from them.

Make sure that you take a receipt from these people because they could lie about not getting the maintenance fee later.

Every member of the society must have equal access to the common areas like the terrace, but over here only the builder has given one of his favorite members the key to the terrace and he does not allow anyone else to use the terrace for their entertainment purpose, which is quite irritating because we pay maintenance and we have equal rights to the property.
The drainage system is not well done

Niether is their drainage system well done, nor are the walls well done because there are so many cracks in the walls and there are also problems in the pipes.
Unbearably high maintenance charges.

The high charges of maintenance fees here really makes me angry every month, especially because they hardly take care of the amenities and facilities that are available here.

It has been around 3 months I gave cancellation request of my booking with this builder and as they promised they not yet refund the booking amount. Worst customer service and while contacting them they're giving various mobile numbers and after 1 or 2 calls in that they are not picking the calls from my mobile. But this was never expected from Amarprakash. Still they can't keep their promises from any of their employees.

I was overcharged for nothing but a very delayed delivery and pathetic service with the maintanence done by them also stinking as the garbage in their apartments with no promised amenities and no proper transport facilities, basic shops nearby as promised. is tnrera sleeping?
