Terrible Experience

Review on TG Ascent, Hosa Road, Bangalore

I interacted with one of the managers of TG Developers Mr. Shivam and had a terrible experience. He talks sweetly but do not believe him, once a deal is done he does not give a damn. No support or interaction post that.

Was asked to pay 1L to collect documents and then get their property checked legally. Was promised a full refund if there were issues with a legal opinion. We paid one lakh and got a review done by our lawyers and our lawyers advised not to go ahead because of some technical legal reasons. When I approached Mr. shivam he assured that our advance of 1 lakh would be returned within 2 months as per their process, likewise we agreed. After few days, I wrote to Shivam asking for the status and to my surprise there was no reply even after a week. I tried calling him, reaching via mail, watsapp but to no avail. I could see that he was active as he was posting status in watsapp . 2 months passed and there was no reply from TG Developers and Shivam. I was mailing them on a daily basis, had a few escalation managers emails and added them in loop too but no response. Finally after 3 months I went to the main office and I got the money from there that too after waiting outside their office for 3 hours.
