Hi... We had booked a flat at Team Taurus in early 2014 in Kolkata Joka location and also paid hefty advance of 12.50 Lacs during that time. Disney theme attracted us big time. After that we visited the site multiple times but no development was taking place. So as we required our financial money back, we cancelled our flat in June 2018 and team taurus accepted our request on condition that they will not pay any interest which is accrued on the advance money paid by us and secondly they will pay us in installments. We had no option but to accept the same. We did not got our full money back. We visited the office multiple times to ask for our money. Their staff misbehaved with us and did not provide us money. Then they started giving false promises that they will pay the full money by this time and that time, etc. Whenever we used to call, the staff would say they have left the organization and would give some other contact details. We visited the office multiple times to ask for our money and they would provide post dated checks and whenever we used to deposit the checks, it got bounced multiple times. We informed them and they said whenever they will say then only we can deposit the checks otherwise we won't be getting our money back. Till date we received only 4.75 lacs money back that too after a long battle with them and rest we have not yet received. They promised us to give our money back in June 2022 I.e. after 4 years of cancellation and that also without interest and also giving excuses of Covid 19. But now, they are not even picking up our calls and also blocked our numbers and not giving any replies.

We had talk with multiple owners who have booked in this project and came to know that Amitabh Roy (CEO of Team Taurus) is a fraudster and many people have lost their hard earned money which they are not able to recover. Till now the property has not been built I.e. after 9 years and he has looted many middle class man like us. Is it fair that in our country fraudster like Amitabh Roy is roaming in Mercedes and living in a luxury flat by looting our hard earned monet whereas we middle class people are suffering. WE ALL REALLY WANT JUSTICE so that more people should not be looted like we have been looted.

Team Taurus ? just another example of all those businesses where a couple of low rated reviewers wrote something rogue lines just to satisfy their own interest (mostly, and which is earning quick money) and a small LIG (no disrespect) of community members reviews thrashed the social n digital showcases . In this company, the guy Sarbojit Ghosh, who took money from us, now saying do whatever you want. That is his way of talking. Now it's the time to lodge a complain against this cheaters company. My project was Team Torus Kabya, but couldn't find in this list.

2013 i booked a flat with Team Taurus. They never replied back and the project is just barren. Project name Pather Panchali. Area is Boral. I have documents with Sonartori and Mounthill sold me the flat. I am trying to contact them and they are not replying.

My cobrother resides in Kolkota with his family since more than twenty years as his first post resulted in Kolkota.I was requested from his side to visit the place and enjoy for few days with him.On reaching there, during the first two days I was taken at various places in Kolkota and really enjoyed with my cobrother.He is residing in Team Sonatori and shared his bad experience for Sonartori projects where a deep borewell was to be installed resulting in poor water quality and fewer times iron particles came out of the tap.The commitment of its solution resulted a year before followed by no result.Not only this, he was suffering from bad quality flooring, poor sanitary and bathroom fittings.My cobrother told me that the project was supposed to be finished in four years which seems to be never finished and said that the attitude of promoter of Team Sonartori is irresponsible after having full payment from the customers.

Transportation is a problem here because this place is in a remote area and it causes us to be late at meetings and other places.

The building has not been constructed well. During the rains water will seep in our houses and there is cement falling of in the main entrance of the society so it is something that has caused us huge problems.

There are cracks in the ceiling and the drainage system and pipes are also not well done because of which we have to spend hours repairing them.

If you see the property from inside you will come to know how bad the construction quality if because there are cracks in the ceiling and the fittings are also not good.

The residentials have been facing this problem that there are difficulties with parking that include traffic congestion as motorist cruise for parking or stop in a traffic lane and that may thereby entail waiting for a space, and parking congestion in nearby areas.

The marketing team tells a lot of lies to sell the property. Once the property is sold, they will blantantly deny ever saying all those things that you have mentioned they said would be in the property.

Seepage in almost all 150 flats and affecting the structure. No CC or OC is provided and owners are forced to take handover without sharing the authorized master plan even. No potable water is supplied and the water supplied is of poor standard leading to health hazards. Builder is selling parking anywhere he wish to,  by compromising accessibility, safety and green shown in their browser. The entire project is delayed by 4 years till now and seems never ending.

This company named Team Taurus is a cheat .

Team Taurus starts Projects in various subsidiary name and collect money from the consumer s and none of the projects are delivered with CC till date.

Even the testimony written in their website by name of customer are false.

It is company like Sarada.
