As I have little experience in construction field i calculated the price of the apartment.

It's actual price is rs 21-28 lakhs including his profit but what he is quoting is rs 42-56 lakhs.

It's almost double the actual rate.

Extra what I am getting is amenities.

I am not ready to give double price just to enjoy amenities instead I can buy a bigger apartment in the heart of the city itself.

So don't go for it.

U will definitely waste ur money for sure.

Nice houses, well maintained. reviews by u r doubted. the vicinity is good, immediate appreciation is doubted, road connected to the highway is also very good, just 3.5km from the project.

Nice building located off-tumkur road. Anyone can reach this place very easily. The clubhouse is very well maintained, the management team is very good & well organized, very much focuses on customer service.

Wonderful location located at the outskirts of Bangalore with full of greenery around. Best place to stay with all amenities. Good construction, nice ambiance, lovely place.

The possession of your flat takes forever and their facilities are so bad! They have very less car parking as compared to the members so new members may have to park their cars outside, which is such a pain and scary as well!

As compared to other asset classes like gold, equities the value on investment from real estate is very less. The overall rental yield is also very poor. This does not go a long way in terms of helping to yield a good return on investment.

Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.

I regret buying a flat from them so much! They are frauds who will take your money and elope and give you nothing in return! We have no choice but to file a legal case againbst them and a lot of our money is burning even in that!

There are no standard mechanisms in place that will help to determine the relevant standard rates that the developer pays in terms of construction material and manpower. In addition to this, there is no proper system to determine extra costs charged.

The possession of this place took a lot of time and then the maintenance of the place is also quite high. Not a good property to invest your hard earned money!

Once the property is booked, nobody cares about the buyers. They will take their own sweet time to get things done and will not keep you upadated about anything.

The builder is not ready to meet the flat owners even though we are waiting for the possession of our flat for so many years! I therefore recommend that you stay away from this builder as much as you can!
