Dual price

Review on Tata New Haven, Tumkur Road, Bangalore

As I have little experience in construction field i calculated the price of the apartment.

It's actual price is rs 21-28 lakhs including his profit but what he is quoting is rs 42-56 lakhs.

It's almost double the actual rate.

Extra what I am getting is amenities.

I am not ready to give double price just to enjoy amenities instead I can buy a bigger apartment in the heart of the city itself.

So don't go for it.

U will definitely waste ur money for sure.
