Heard of them as a reputed builder so decided to go with them. The sales team is always good like everywhere. But surprises are for later part.
First thing is unlike other builders they don't do refund on cancellation, but they do it when the unit gets sold again(obviously after deduction of some charges). So once you get in you are stuck with it.
Second thing came to surprise me was the agreement. That really looks height of greed, when you read the clauses about refundable money and other buyer benefits etc.
Also what all amendments govt. has made in favor of buyers, are covered in the agreement to restrict buyers from getting benefit of those against builder.
Really not sure if those clauses are actually legal, if those are against existing laws.
Just some branded fittings which can be showed off by them while sales, but the real quality that has to be in construction is not good at all.
And don't fall for any draw or offer trap, as that doesn't ever take place.
Really don't know what they have been giving earlier, but looks like this is only the name they are cashing now.
