It sucks because of the people living here

Review on Swaraj BellaVita, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

The biggest problem is that they look down upon the people who have rented houses. The house owners consider themselves superior & stay away from the rentees. If rentees need help with any issue in the society nobody helps. It's like the britishers are back using divide & rule. Someone has been vandalising our car, inside the society parking & the managers are not helping because they don't care about rentees. Horrible experience.
