The builder is biggest lier .He has no ethics to do business..He didn't use proper material like cement, bricks, tiles , lift etc..You ll repent your entire life once you purchase a flat in swagat Skyline.. You ll find dirty water, no DG, no gym , no swimming pool.. in short nothing

The promoter is the most dishonest person in the whole scenario. He bought the land from land owners, but was not clean in paying them properly. The land owners in turn started renting their flat to call girls, which started giving a bad name to the society and neighborhood. The promoter did not take any action. Next these land owners along with few other flat owners stopped paying maintenance fee. The promoter, instead of taking any action, stopped all the services in the society, and people who paid the maintenance also started suffering. When these honest people wanted to talk with the promoter on this situation, he refused to talk, and then said he will only talk with max 5 people from the association, but will not listen to everybody's grievances. The promoter used very bad quality brick, sand, cement for construction and as a result the building looks like ten years old instead of five years. Also the tiles that were put on walls and floor are coming out due to bad cement. The walls absorb moisture during rains, and started shedding the paint. Overall do not invest your hard earned money here.

Since the current state of traffic congestion seen on the highway areas is of major concern, it has been purpoted that majority of the future buyers that are actively seeking out to invest and buy properties are moving out and are on the onlook of new areas to invest in.

The amount of area that can be considered just leaving those areas which are exempted under certain regulations is less and needs to be taken into consideration to improve it otherwise there would be a scenario where the permissible ground coverage will be very less in total.

It is high time that the real estate agent becomes reliable and caters quality savings so as to not only to effectively expand his service and offers among other agents but also to gain enough trust from the circle of networks.

There are many residential units which lag and possibly are out of schedule in terms of project completion and final possession to the developers. When the investors gain keen insights on the same, it is difficult to gain credibility of a good return on their respective investments.

The MMOPL has also not followed the requirement of maintaining a distance of 6 meters from the station buildings and other constructions which is generally prescribed by the law. There also have been constructions that are just situated at a distance of 1.5 meters away from the station and that is not safe.
