Worst experience I have ever had is that I bought a 2 bhk flat from sushma. They are complete cheaters. Not only me they have cheated almost every client. Kindly don't buy anything from this builder. They are taking different amounts from different people as cash and white. They are illegally charging intrest and not giving any possession on time and also not paying anything for the delayed possessions until you go to court of law.

As a channel partner, I am associated with Sushma for seven years now. I have indeed seen excellent commercial properties to invest, but Sushma Metropol is undoubtedly one of the best places to invest. The great things about it is that it has the skywalk offices which are appealing to everyone. Also, no offence, of course, but my relationship with the builder is purely basis on trust & assurance and significant efforts to maintain the relationship. I am happy to start my new venture in Sushma Metropol.

I was a resident of Delhi earlier & shifted to chandigarh a year back. Since I visit Sushma's project as my friend suggested. I saw and reviewed the property. Sushma Grande is one such fantastic thing that happened to me and my family. The well connected roads, the lush greens which everyone wishes to have and a great family like neighbours. The maintenance in society is taken care of well. The guards of the tower are polite and help the residents. A small example I want to share - my daughter had some issue with the parking and she wasn't able to park her car. The guard helped her and assured further that they are here to help anytime. It was a good gesture.

It was A good experience when we shifted to Sushma Elite. The society that time was new. We were amongst few of the residents who had shifted. There were just 5-6 families in the society. Also, our house was under renovation. We had Diwali round their corner. Everyone new to the place, we came together & the management team made sure we had a good festive time having all the arrangements done. Also few plumbing issues were pending which were made sure & it completed within the time. It was indeed a great feeling to all the residents.

Sushma Buildtech is a real estate company that has developed several unique projects at very prime locations with great connectivity features. I am a resident of Sushma Crescent. The best thing is, it is close to the acre park. The one thing is that sometimes we find it that the guard I not around, Very rarely though.
