Don't buy under-construction

Review on Supertech Eco Village 3, Sector 16B, Greater Noida

The builder is unsafe to invest with. Recently visited a few of his projects and saw very very slow progress.

Either no construction was on or very little work was happening. On enquiring with local residents, they informed that construction was going on for last 12 years and only 20% towers have been completed and handed over.

For everything supertech wants penalties from customer but on their own they can take 15years also and customer should remain fine.

Choose Supertech only if you are okay to buy fully constructed and handed over property. Under construction is a strict NoNo. If they say possession in 6 months, you can safely assume 6 years.
