Builder is cheater.

Dear Friend if u r planning to visit supercity developers pvt ltd( mayfair) for property booking please understand that u r at wrong and fraud place. Builder Mr. Miglani is putting the people in dark. so please visit the site first and ask the some people living there first. Mr.Miglani is making fool all the people booked their flats there. Friend, do not waste your money at there. If you will purchaseflat there please ensure that lift, electticity, water , development of the premises, safety for Children, vehicle parking etc are ready and your family is quite happy otherwise do not purchase flat. People living there are in difficulty there. Some are living at 10 th floor and lift is not working you can think about it. Please Please do meet people there and discuss with them and add yourself with them in WA group. Please communicate all of your friends who are planning visit there for property. Most of People booked their property in 2010 but till date they have not received their flat. If u think about booking do not give much amount except 10% of total cost and ensure that u will get the same on your time frame. But I m sure that you will not get it on time. I have also booked a flat there in 2014 and builer told that the same will be handedover with in 30 months but 6 years have paased. I m living in a rented house and paying not only rent but also bank loan.

Please take care of all thease things so that u may not repent as others are repenting and builder mr.miglani is enjoying with their family on our money.
