Worst ever investment in sunteck naigaon

Being a reputed builder sunteck itself or the service of sunteck disrupted my faith in any of sunteck project.

Feeling like living in hell in sunteck naigaon

• irregular power cut one can not work from home bcoz no constant power available here

  
  




• since no power your internet will also not work

  
  




• water situation is one another level issue no BMC water connection so one need to depend on water tank if water tankers come u will get water otherwise u are on your own

  
  




• they are excellent in plumbing and they reach at level where your bathroom jets and will never work reported by maintenance team since there is no pressure of water for bathroom utility...wowww

  
  

-none of mobile network will work inside flat

-atleast knowing all this sunteck should have provided inverter or atleast should have provision so that atleast internet should work

• plz demand above thing from sunteck before taking possession or before giving final demand amount otherwise they are Happy with your money and will be frustrated
