This is a good project but when rera came in the picture then the possession is extended by 2 years. Also, the amenities provided were not upto acceptable level.

They keep showing us the important papers in installments and they have not shown us the society registration documents even though we kept asking them time and again. I am done dealing with these people.

They have made too many projects in a small space because of which we do not get to use the amenities and facilities that they have provided well.

There are a number of cases where the structures of the project are seen to be moving or shifting, flooding and in many cases more severe problems such as landslides. This is a clear indication of it not been solid to the base.

They had promised us so many amenities and facilities, but the gym hardly has any functional euipments and the area for the swimming pool has been dug but there is no water in in.

My husband has booked one flat at Jaipur in 2012 as an investment in the project of Sun India Developers. The name of the project was Sun City which is just at the entrance of the border of Jaipur city from Sikar city route.
