One of the layouts sold by this group in partnership with aashritha properties was Kemp City Layout. They have collected the development money for it and vacated the office from JP nagar. They said they will have swimming pool, club house, drainage, roads, electricity, etc, but nothing has been done except for a compound wall and drainage. They stopped development as soon as they sold some sites. The person who marketed and sold the plot in the layout was Madhukar Reddy from aashritha properties and Vijaybaskar Reddy from Vaibhava Builders and Developers.
