This is one of the cleverest tricks that has been applied by the builders in failing to sell properties since there is not much demand. It is seen that many builders are openly availing the buyer to book a flat at a very nominal rate and after a few time span of 15 days are told to pay the remaining full amount.
Could not complete deadlines

There have been many projects in pipeline that have been stipulated to be completed on time, but since it is the developers that are not actively involved in launching new projects, this leaves a great possibility of many of the residential units to miss their completion deadlines.
Did not show us licenses and documents.

They told us to check the website if we want to see the licenses, documents and approvals and when we went to check the webiste, we saw no such documents or licenses there.

Currently many of the active builders are facing this problem where the cost involved in the basic resources like cement and steel have rationally increased as compared to the first few months of the current year and that has led to soaring prices of construction involved.

The builder denied that we paid our maintenance fee and since we did not have a receipt we could not show any proof, so make sure that you'll take a receipt from them.
