Many apartments are on sale in srinivasa diamond, bellandur, because the apartment has lot of issues.

Construction is not good, lots of leakages, water is not clean, all pipes are broken and there are also sewage issues . The backside stinks because of sewage. The lifts are having lots of issues

All projects from this builders are disputed because of no proper land docuemnts. There are many disputes between owners, landlord and builders.

So none of the owners are able to sell their apartments. The builder is not genuine and has not got permissions for BBMP. Hence nobody can sell apartment here, so not worth to buy in srinivasa dimaond

Worst construction, leakages in most of flats in this apartment.

Too much noise pollution.

Appearances are deceptive.perfectly true for Srinivasa Diamond.never buy or rent.already rent is very high in this apartment.

Most tenants bachelors and PG's, so lots of nuisance

This apartment is in very bad shape.

Lots of leakage issue.

Lift not working.

I checked with some brokers in Bellandur and they told that srinivasa diamond apartment is not having Khata and Occupancy certificate.

The builder is illegally staying in Pent house

As per the broker, such apartments should not cost more than 45 lacs as it is B khata with no documentation.

So beware while buying in this apartment . Check all the documents .

Was tenant in this apartment for more than 2years on 4th floor

apartment construction is very bad.

lots of leakage issues.

apartment has lift issues and lots of noise pollution

agree that apartments on ring road side have lots of noise from vehicles on ring road.

Top floor apartments have constant leakage which owners never bothered to fix.

Builder is staying illegally on top floor, so it think no Occupancy certificate for this apartment.

Rent is also high and no ammenities present.

Party hall is unusable

use less association members who never pay maintenance and always ask money from tenents

Gym stinks of urine smell

No point paying so high rent and buying flat in apartment in srinivasa diamond, when nearby apartments are available in cheaper cost and amenities.

Was tenant here for around a year.apartment is having lot of issues, especially on the ring road side. Noise pollution, strange neighbours, lots of bachelors making nuisance.

Lack of Basic ammenities like clean water, .

Avoid Top floors even if owners give it for free rent. They have leakage issues, which owner never bothers.

Also heating issues on top floor.

Elevators have lots of issues and mangement is least bothered to repair it. Any stranger can walk into the apartment as no good security.

appearance is very deceptive in case of this apartment.It might look good from outside but not worth renting or buying in this apartment.

Last but not the least.Reddy landowner is nuisance.causing lots of trouble.

-No amenities, leakage issues in our rented flat. Still no repair done.

-Apartment lift has lot of issues.It never works and not repaired.

-Good only for bachelors who can pay high rent as its near to IT parks,

-not recommended for families. Lots of PG's reside in this apartment.

Agree.they harass the tenants.never give the gym and party hall keys.

gym is useless.toilet stinks in gym.toilet never cleaned.

ask more money from tenants in cash.

also owners never pay maintenance.always fight amongst themselves.lots of issues.

Management Committee is very arrogant.never listens to tenants.

Very Basic Apartment

No Amenities.

Avoid apartments towards ring road as lot of noise from vehicles on ORR.

Top floors have leakage issues in rainy season and heating issues in summer.
