Booked a plot in Prarthana Enclave by paying 5 lakhs advance when they promised they would provide A-Khata. Later I realized that was false promise & MaxConcorde is not taking any steps to get A-Khata, so I cancelled my booking. Now it is more than 2 years, I am still struggling to get the money back. Initially they said, there is no sales/money to refund, but later got to know that the same site sold to another person.
Layout not fully developed after several years. STP is still not ready, there was issue in getting Electricity etc.
They are not concerned about customer experience, brand image etc. Try to avoid small developers, off late there were so many instances related to cheating/fraud practice.
Avoid paying any advance before agreement. I suggest choosing developers who are more transparent, professional(like escro account, trusted brand/management etc), even if they charge premium it is worth, you would not regret later. Make a point to visit few previously developed layouts of developer before deciding.
So many customers are facing similar issues with MaxConcorde, you can refer the reviews in Google. Do not trust those 5/4 star fake reviews from developer/employees. If you notice the google reviews, following 5 star reviewers are working/related to MaxConcorde - “Vishwanth Joshi”, Ravisoppn Max, RAVI G etc
They do not respond properly, now they stopped attending calls.
After long wait, I decided to file a case against MaxConcorde.
