Builder is very untrustworthy. Not taking interest to complete the project . Project started on June'2014. Still not in the condition to hand over the project.project is not as per the design. Not giving the amenities as mutually agreed. Pls keep away from such builder. Gate is very poor in i.

They are big liars , they have sold bike space as a car garage , they lie a lot , as soon as they get payment they don’t receive calls, plus they cut corners and don’t deliver what they promise

They have kept me hanging after taking FULL payment since one year and they don’t receive calls .

The most untrusted developers I have ever come across. When I booked the flat they didn't gave the correct flat size. While agreement they increased the flat size and demanded more money. Now I cancelled the flat they are not returning back the booking amount. Every other day they are telling a new date. Is this is how you treat your customers?

There have been many developers and their builders whose projects have not been yet well-versed and their digital presence is low to very little. Many of these builders need to raise awareness regarding the build up of their real estate business models.

We moved to this property a few months back after waiting a long time to get the possession of the house! When we finally got the possession, we were so happy because we dreamed of making our house a really beautiful space and we could do that with this house, but there is so much of interference from the builders! We have to take their permission to get things done for our house, even for the kind of furniture we can get we have to take their opinion! It is our house! We don't understand why they want to interfere!
